Do not buy from this company!I got their wireless Sport W1, and they started malfunctioning after just 8 months of usage! Now they'll only synch one at a time.. I contacted the company, and they basically said "you're 2 months past your 6 month warranty, too bad! But here's 20% off so you can buy more of our faulty products".I've tried everything from factory resetting, draining them of power, and forgetting the unit on my phone. Nothing has helped. I don't have the money to buy new ones, and due to my ADHD I am incredibly depended on being able to block out sound to concentrate.. I've actually cried because of this (beep) product.If a tech company only believe their products will last 6 months - run.

I would give zero if I could. The item I received was damaged and broken and they wouldn’t replace it or repair the item and I paid $68 for something that doesn’t even work and don’t buy through Affirm because they won’t help you either terrible Company do not buy anything from cre8 sounds buy something from Sony or beats better reputable company. They never responded back to me and didn’t offer to even repair item after I sent videos showing it didn’t work

The earbuds itself were good and came With different sizes in Rubber Parts for bigger and smaller ears. I switched the rubber part size to a different size and that's when the watertight seal came off, it was clearly a faulty gluing issue. When i tried to contact them they delayed their response until it reached a point where their warranty ended Then they played it down, denying any problems with their products and did not offer any solution. when I mentioned the extended warranty time in the EU they stopped replying completely. For weeks and months now they do not respond to my mails and requests. (the whole traffic was 3 mails, I didn't use any bad words or called them names)Now I have non watertight earbuds with horrible audio, that costed my extra in tax, and the manufacturer doesn't respond to any of my emails I've sent. It's a dropshipping scam company from my experience.

Wishing I had read all of these reviews on all of these different platforms not just here, that are all representing the same type of sheisty Shady business practices. I never received my item which almost makes you wonder if the shipping people know this at this point and are aware that they can just scan an item and there will be nothing ever done about it. People will be beat out of their money, this person on the Hollywood Hills will eat extra tomorrow and literally stops answering the emails and everything. Like what kind of people even work there? Deserves no star! After a month waiting for the headset I still have not received it. Company only gives an email for contact and doesn’t respond. Had to dispute my charge to get a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY- buy from a reputable company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. One of my earbuds stopped working and I only used them twice. Contacted the company and since it’s been 6 months and one week they said I had no warranty and that they would only offer a 20% coupon on my next purchase. Would never buy from them again. And they don’t work when swimming either. Don’t waste your money like I did

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Pure scam. The headphones are not good quality at all and they won’t respond to your emails or requests for warranty if they break. Spend your money elsewhere. Terrible product, terrible service. I suggest Samsung or other brands on different sites, especially if you’re after waterpoof headphones. Cre8 did not last long before they broke, less than 4 months before they broke and they refused to even acknowledge warranty by not replying.

I used my earbuds one time they worked OKI put him in the case and I thought they would charge but they didn't so I plugged them in for a day when I went to use them again the left hand side earbud did not work so I let the company know and they ask me what my order number was So I sent it to them and then a couple of days later they asked me for a video of them in the charging case and on the charger what that would prove I don't know but anyway I did that I have yet to hear back from the Company let them several messages several So the first phone call I made today was to the credit card company and put the charge in dispugender spirit it will probably be a while but hopefully sometime in the near future I'll get my money back don't buy from this company you will not be happy or you will be out is the money that you spent And nothing but aggravation from then on trying to get your money back or a replacement set of earbuds I wish I would read the reviews before I bought them I also filed a complaint with the BBB And seen that a lot of other people had left reviews similar to mine once again do not buy from this company you will never see your money and you will never be happy

FALSE ADVERTISING!Their headphones are advertised as non fall-out and waterproof, and surprise, they're neither of them. I used the CR8-W1 SPORT normally, only for workout and sometimes for lesiure. They were falling out, didn't even have to spin or anything special, tho that wasn't that annoying. Until last week max contact with water was when I cleaned them, then I thought its 100% waterproof, advertised like that, I was gonna swim with it. Instantly got soaked, and fallen out of my ears when underwater. Put them in a bowl of rice etc. all the home practices to dry them but nothing worked. So there wasn't left but to contact the company.Ridiculously they offered me 20% off of a new purchase and they didn't give a single F, because I wasn't get to know the fact that their product is falsely advertised, and its falling out and non waterproof, in the time of the warranty (which just expired), so probably its my fault that their product failed in its general tasks just after 6 months...So guys stay away or if you choose them, your first way should be into a pool, so when their product fails at least you can get a refund...

Unless I get some correspondence back I cannot back this company at all. My earbuds malfunctioned and still under warranty so I sent them multiple emails then ended up sending them back to them from Australia and still have not heard a thing ever though I paid $20 to post paid return. Unless I hear back and they do send back a new pair, steer clear, find another company to spend your money. They could easily just respond, it's so simple, yet they don't respond at all even when sending back faulty products.

Cre8 is an absolute scam! Despite placing an order for earbuds, we never received them. Not only were we left in the dark with no communication from the courier company supposedly responsible for the delivery, but their customer service has been shockingly abysmal.This is their communication ---------------------- " Please note we have no control over how the carrier informs you that your package is ready for pickup or if you need to pay any additional fees to receive the package. Please note per our policy, if the package gets returned back to us, we have to charge a 20% refusement fee regardless of the reason."HOW CAN YOU REFUSE SOMETHING THAT NEVER ARRIVED !!!

I purchased in January and wasted so much time dealing with them to work. Yes I've used every troubleshooting video. The product is total garbage. I use them for work outs about 4 times per week. I’ve been having issues where the right ear bud barely has any sound. The left ear bud often will not detect the charging port so will not charge.I do not want this product. My last straw when I brought them on vacation and planned on watching downloaded movies on the 14 hr flight. No noise cancelling was happening as the product promised. Not to mention, I heard nothing out of the right one. The left one died about 1 hr into a movie. They were fully charged and ready to go before the flight, or so I thought. Then I spent the next hour trying to get the left one to detect the charging port.I’m just done. I want a refund. Customer service has been ignoring me completely. I've contacted them via various platforms. All their reviews on the website are fake. As soon as I posted my experience, it was deleted almost immediately.

Scammers! Bought the CR8 W1 earphones after seeing an ad on instagram where they were being worn in the pool by a swimmer. This is what I wanted them for so was happy someone had invented these. They were supposedly on sale (£63.48 inc delivery) when I ordered, delivery was slow. They eventually arrived, instructions were v poor & the earbuds extremely sensitive to touch (touch is the only way to control them, which is v annoying). I charged them then tried them in the pool. They cut out as soon as my ears hit the water & one earbud was significantly quieter than the other. I wondered if I was doing something wrong so I emailed, they told me to reset them, so I did, they were still the same. They recommended leaving them to dry (even though they already were), giving them a full charge & reset again. I duly followed the steps - same issue. I told them since they’d sent me a faulty item, I wanted a refund. They said there were no refunds on sale items (note their items are on a constant sale!). But they would replace them but I’d have to pay the $20 shipping fee but I could keep the faulty ones!! I said I wasn’t prepared to lose any money & wanted my money back, as per uk law. I emailed a few times after this & never received a response. I’ve since learned it is impossible for a Bluetooth signal to travel through water so their claim the earbuds can be used in the water is complete lies. I have reported them to the Advertising Standards Agency. Do not buy from this scam company!

Order the W1 sport earbuds, they sent a colour I didn't request, when asked said it was too late to stop shipment... Then when they arrived the bass was horrible. All I could get us tinny sounding music. When asked about refund because they were not as described they said sorry and sent a bogus refund policy link.... Bad business!!! Do not buy from them, they don't care about customer satisfaction, just getting your money and screwing you over

When I threatened to report them they finally responded I was out of warranty. I confronted them that it’s not even close to end of warranty and then they stopped replying again. I have now reported them
