Absolutely overpriced and takes forever to ship
Absolutely overpriced and takes forever to ship. When you place an order it ships from China. They just put a 5x price tag on it. Avoid buying from this vendor.

Helpful and competent
I had some problems with delivery because of the destination country, and the sales team was extremely helpful and was happy to resend my order without any extra costs. The painting looks amazing, and I am really excited to try it!

Misleading product information
Unfortunately, even after repeatedly requesting that my order be checked, it was not delivered based on the product information (3-pack instead of 10-pack and correction marker instead of brush cleaner cup). Although I was able to prove this to their support with a screenshot, I only received a placeholder image showing three brushes and I was being asked to double-check on their homepage. In summary, I can say that 2 out of 3 products were delivered incorrectly or in a very misleading way, which is why I cannot recommend Crafty by numbers. However, the canvas itself looks quite satisfactory, which is why I can award a second star.

Love the variety
Love the variety, I've bought 5 canvass and only had a slight issue with 1 paint tub (which i sorted because I had a very similar colour from another canvas

Very enjoyable hobby.
I’m currently working on my second painting and I have a third one waiting in the bullpen. My experience with this company has been very positive. All three of my paintings were purchased framed. I’m pleased with the results and will continue this hobby until wall space in my home becomes an issue.

This was a very disappointing…
This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a company that positions itself as customer-focused.This item was received as part of a Yankee Swap. I did not personally purchase it, nor did I know who did. Instead of helping resolve the issue I raised, the response I received focused primarily on identifying the original buyer rather than addressing the actual problem.Losing a potential customer because you are unwilling to drill down and help—regardless of who made the original purchase—is not how you grow a customer base, let alone a loyal one. This was a clear opportunity to demonstrate good faith, flexibility, and service.A simple response such as: “Sorry for the inconvenience. Here is the missing paint, and we’ll include a small discount on a future purchase” would have completely changed my perception of the brand. Instead, the interaction felt rigid, transactional, and dismissive.I hated this experience. It did not make me want to become a customer, recommend the company, or purchase again. Customer service should focus on solutions, not gatekeeping.

AWFUL experience
AWFUL experience. Have not received the item. Ordered a few Christmas kits for a party on Christmas eve. Ordered them on November 21...It's December 26 and still have nothing to show. Customer service is unhelpful, they made me call THEIR shipping provider to track down my package...called 3 times and finally got told it was lost. Asked for a refund and was refused. I filed a complaint with my bank.

Poor quality canvases
Poor quality canvases. The first canvas I received was smooth so it was relatively easy to paint neat lines within the paint section areas. However, the last 2 canvases I received are rough and it's almost impossible to paint neatly on the lines and within the paint sections. Furthermore, the print area and the image of the painting wrap around the edges so I won't be able to hang up the pictures because the edges will look messy. Waste of money and I won't be buying again.

I got my order in time. I was glad because it’s going to be a christmas present. The picture looks fine, so many small details. I haven’t started to paint so I can’t tell much more but I’m satisfied with the purchase.

I wanted to paint this Patriotic PBM myself, but I let my husband paint it. I am glad that I did because he really enjoyed doing it.

Quality and Customer Service
Unfortunately I had a wrong kit delivered, I sent an email advising in the afternoon and the new kit was sent the following morning. No questions, quibbles or long email chains. Exceptional customer service. The kit was packed with care, instructions and numbers easy to read, paints great quality. One very happy customer.

Could not get the canvas to lie flat
Could not get the canvas to lie flat. Tried weighting down with a heavy book...nothing. Tried a warm iron...did nothing but change the surface texture. Do not purchase a product like this that is not already mounted with a substantial backing.

Great paint by numbers kits!
Great paint by numbers kits- very therapeutic I have done several & now doing one of my own photos and loving thatIt does take a while to come but if you know that you can factor it in- I got another small one to do while I was waiting, so not a worry for me!

Creases all over NO money back
I bought 3 canvases and they are all creased useless products. They don’t do refunds so it’s a scam.
