Terrible doing business with them when you're just a small business
Management's a snob. If you're a small business and not making tons of money, even their staff won't prioritize you. You'll get quotations after a week or so. You'll even get a condescending reply from your query. Rude. Terrible doing business with them when you're just a small business.
