I am impressed with how the device is so quick to heat up before use. Since I use it on the heat and light therapy settings, I’ve noticed that most of pain experience from the planter fasciitis has decreased. I feel that I can eliminate the pain altogether by continued use of the device,
I like this scraper :) it's well made, and does heat, vibration, and red light, but the instructions don't tell you HOW to get any of it going. I'm still just fumbling around until I get vibration and lights, and then I notice heat at some point, but I have NO idea what the modes are, nor do I understand how to set them (your instruction book needs some INSTRUCTIONS) I'm glad I bought it, and I THINK it's helping (it's only been a few days) but I wish I knew for sure how to set it up - each time it's a guessing game.

Will say this thermablade has helped me through a session of Plantar fasciitis, although the heel pain has not completely diminished,day by day is improving glad I went ahead and purchased one.Many Thanks Paul.
