We had a low battery alert and Richard was very helpful in helping us to resolve our problem in an expedious manner! He was patient, kind, and very instrumental in explaining to us what our builder failed to do when we bought our home 7 yrs ago. Hats off to CPSS for ALWAYS coming through!!
Elaine was not the greatest to deal with. Overpriced for the area and unwilling to communicate effectively. It seemed like she just picked prices out of the blue and was reluctant to understand my living situation. However, the gentleman who came out to set everything up was great, and I highly recommend him and would work with him again.
I had a really good experience with Crime Prevention Security Systems. The team was friendly and came on time. They set up everything quickly and showed me how to use it.Now I feel safer at home. If I have any questions, they always help fast.

I cancelled my account in may and they are still billing me for the house I sold, Even thou I bought a new one and use their service. I have called and e/mailed each month to address and they still keep charging me.The account manager does not return phone calls

I have been trying for 2 weeks to update users on our security system. No able to reach the company by phone. Waiting for support by email has not been productive. Disappointed.
