Exceptional customer service
Although I cancelled my account after the trial period, I am very impressed by how quickly and efficiently Courtrecords handled my request and the quality of communication. Great customer service!

Even though I cancelled my account, I was billed for 2 months. However, the matter was quickly resolved through a phone call as my request for cancellation was found.

Difficult and Remains Inactive- Cannot Use
I found it very difficult. I signed up for Pacer yet couldn't search come to find out my account wasn't active. Created an account for sister and hers also inactive. 198 min wait on hold. No instructions how to activate. Frustrating. Can't even cancel it without calling and being on hold for eternity. Horrible. Too complicated. Not easy to understand and not customer friendly. No stats

The rep was professional and helpful as much as she could be. I was under the impression I could get the court decree. All they can give is public info. I got my court case no and that was pretty much it. I canceled on the charge date and called a couple of days later. The rep was helpful but court records couldn'tgive me the documents I needed. If I got the decree, I would've been happy. Only getting case no, it's an over charge with the increasing costs w each step for search and the subscription charge for nothing more. I canceled the account.

I realized I didn't cancel my subscription, so I reached out to Courtrecords, who responded promptly. They canceled my subscription effective the next day, but didn't specify if I would get a refund. As a result, I can't use the website, and they keep my money. I contacted them three times now with no response.

I would have given 4 stars because the information on the page for the trial period wasn’t large enough, or clear enough for me to notice. Thus, I inadvertently signed up for the full information, billed monthly. When I complained, they gave me a full refund immediately, and apologized. For this great customer service I have given them 5 stars.

Brother search
Y'all did locate some of what I was looking for but, the thing I did not like you had to pay to get the answer of the name info and another thing not knowing if that is the person at all you did not pull it with the middle name to give another choice if that is the person . Plus I do not understand why can't see the court dates even if it is closed should not matter.
