I have ordered three large orders from Country LIfe Natural Foods and my experience so far has been very good. They have a wide range of organic foods to choose from. They indicate the country of origin of the food, which I appreciate. The food is fresh and the customer service has been good.
They have a wide variety of natural foods. Like everything you can think of. They also have a ton of health care products that are safe to use. I like that the food comes directly to my door vs having to go to the store or meeting some truck at a truck stop.
They delivered it fast and it arrived with no damage, but some products are really good and some are absolutely horrible. The quality is extremely inconsistent and makes me never want to shop again and be a repeat customer due to my order of four items being two busts and two greats. The cashews and pitted neglet noor dates are great. Yet the same brand hazelnuts as the cashews are flavorless and the same brand medjool dates as the smooth pitted ones are horrible and seem old or stale with half visibly wrinkly and dried up and not sweet.A side note is that nothing came in resealable packaging, making me waste more bags just to store it properly after opening. I have never received bulk items without resealable packaging before. After contacting the company with detailed pictures after this disappointing experience, they did remedy it and made it right with refunds of those two items.Based on my disappointing first purchase, I will never buy from them again.
