Excellent customer service
My contact lenses prescription changed and I ordered a different brand than usual. The customer service team emailed me asking to confirm and let me know even if the prescription is the same, it might not feel the same with a different brand. I went back to the same brand I was using and they offered 30% discount. Very quickly my new order was placed. Big thanks to Adam and Amy for their support. Great service and great prices!

Most helpful customer service I ever had!
I contacted Contact Express when I realized that I ordered my contacts and had them sent to my old address from 6 years ago. I’m not sure how I made that mistake but Nick was able to help me even if I was the one who made a mistake. He fixed my mistake and updated my information on my account and on my receipt so I can put a claim through my insurance company. Nick was a real lifesaver today!

Poor customer service
I ordered contact lenses on December 10 because the company advertised fast delivery and excellent customer service. I typically use Clearly, however needed lenses quickly. Three days later, I was told the lenses were on backorder and asked to choose another brand.I selected a replacement Friday afternoon to avoid delays, but received no confirmation. I followed up multiple times after receiving no confirmation and spoke with eight different representatives, yet my questions were still not answered and nobody was on the same page. I was later told the order would ship Wednesday, even though the replacement was chosen days earlier. The order still has not shipped.

Exceptionally bad
Exceptionally bad. The shipping and fulfillment times on their website are lies. Shipping often takes 2-3 times longer than stated. And their customer support is all AI agents with no humans, so it's impossible to get any proper help or support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
