Ryne was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in walking me through the NACA process. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and made sure I understood each step moving forward.What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was I never felt rushed, and he made what can feel like an overwhelming process much more manageable and straightforward.I'm feeling confident and excited about the journey ahead thanks to Ryne’s guidance. As soon as I finished my action steps, I was assigned a counselor and I got an appointment. My counselor is very nice and knowledgeable. Consistency and a truth mattters
Well I was told that the process would not take long after speaking to my counselor, he told me everything was ready to go and do I want to lock in my rate, I said yes because I couldn’t stay were I was at any longer and I voice that to my counselor but it seem like he thought I was lying and trying to get over the system but that was months ago and now I’ve moved out and struggling but I won’t complain because it’s way better then the situation me and my kids were in, I give two star for the lack of consistency and truth

The NACA program is so beneficial! The process can go as fast or slow as you’d want depending on your ability to gather all the required documentation and response-time to your counselor. I have one of the best counselors. Super responsive and helpful. We communicate almost daily about what the next steps for me are! If you’re considering the program, do some research and go to a workshop near you!
