I talked to Tyler and he was exceptional. He was extremely nice, explained things very well making sure I understood everything. I have yet had a bad experience communicating with someone from ConnecTon.

I really appreciate Tyler. He was so patient and compassionate to our situation as he extended our trial period a bit cause we were in a situation and most companies would not even care so that really helped us out a lot and I will spreading all the gospel about this Comoany and especially Tyler.. ❤️
Once again, Angel to the rescue. I have talked with Angel several times when I lost internet connectivity. On every occasion, she was able to quickly resolve the issue. As always, when I have needed help, within seconds, I was able to talk to a live person about my issue.
I fired up my router after a long respite but no joy. Hadn’t used it since a summer trip to Canada. As usual, their support team didn’t disappoint. Mysti quickly figured out the issue and got me on the air again. Thanks!

I am looking for an internet provider. Yesterday I found a video recommending Connecten, so I went to their website to check them out. It looked really good, but I had some questions about the service. There was a chat feature on the website, so I connected. During the conversation the representative asked for my name and phone number. I told them that I preferred to not give my personal information until I made a decision. The rep suggested I contact Tyler, the Marketing Manager, and gave a phone number. Today, in the middle of my workday, I received a phone call from a loud-speaking person, identifying himself as Tyler. I told him I had specifically said I did not wish to be called, and he replied, “Well, you got called anyway.” I began to speak again, and he over spoke me, at which point I told him I was just reading through information on his service and had been considering signing up, and again he interrupted me, attempting to move forward with the signup. I told him I no longer was interested, and he replied, “Well, good LUCK, trying…”, and I hung up. I do not wish to do business with rude people. His behavior completely changed my perception of the business.
I have been with ConnectTen for just over a year. The convenience of having an Internet connection is awesome when we are at shows and the show wants to charge us for access.With ConmecTen, my network is already setup and ready to go as soon as it connects. No entering new passwords, no open networks, just plug in and go.Speeds are good too. I can usually get high 100’s Mb/sec speed when most of our neighbors at the shows are getting under 25.With the big 3 networks to choose from, I have not ever found a place I couldn’t connect.Now with the new app due out soon, it will be even easier to choose a cell provider and get online.If you need a good, fast network when not at home, ConnecTen will serve you well.

I love the fact that this company is very responsive and yes I'll say it they speak English that is understandable......I just got there home plan and love the fact that I have two weeks to decide which carrier I want to stick with A++++

We travel the US and value our internet connectivity. After watching countess UTube vids and reading even more reviews, we decided to try Connecten. After a little more than one year and traveling from New England to Southern CA and back, we could not be any happier with our router, the service and most importantly, their Technical/Customer Support; especially Misti. When we’re in poor reception areas, we simply text Misti and she quickly answers and starts refining our router’s reception. Its worked everytime and we’ve never waited for good reception more than 10 minutes. That’s sumply world-class. And, Misti does it all with professionalism, grace, humor and speed. Her constant communication and follow-up makes u feel ur the only customer they have. And, each time we’ve camped in a difficult/remote reception area, Misti has been able to magically get us good reception. Cannot say enough good things about Connecten or Misti.
ConnecTen Internet has a great product, and outstanding customer service. One time I had to move the antenna array from the rear of my trailer to the front to get better reception, but honestly, how often is one NOT in cell tower range? This is SO much better AND cheaper than any satellite subscription, or at the very least the go-to as the main back-up for satellite. I'm truly impressed with it, and am a customer for life.
