We have used Charlie Moncrieff (Edinburgh West) for some years now. Charlie is always reliable, gives us sensible advice - and really feels like one of the team. He's helped us with cyber security advice, upgrading software and hardware, cabling and recommended great suppliers. I'm also very grateful that Charlie always ensures that updates are carried out outwith working hours, so we don't lose working time. I would highly recommend.

I want to recommend this Company very highly for sorting out a serious problem which I had caused myself by being impatient and closing down a computer in the middle of a System Restore which i had initiated. This Company got the computer to start again very quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost and gave me helpful advice and information. They are entirely trustworthy. Subbu has looked after all our IT for over 17 years. We have always found him to be incredibly knowledgeable with a great understanding of our needs over the years along with our changing budgets. John of Troubleshooters was very quick to call me back and dealt with our issue efficiently and quickly. I'm am a complete non-techy computer ignoramus and John explained everything and was very patient! As the server was live at the time, with no redundancy, it was not so simple, but they came up with a clear plan and kept us informed of where we were at, and the next steps planned at every stage of the project. Steve Rice at Computer Troubleshooters came to the rescue and has helped us extract old email folders/data from our old server. We organised a convenient time with Steve to drop the old server off to him, he called with 24 hours and clearly explained the next steps and the server together with a remote hard drive were collected from him within a few days.
