Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Their return policy is not is not good. They have you return your product for a refund in a mailing envelope. When they receive it they send you a pic of it being opened when in fact the box was smashed in transit by USPS and they tell you that you opened it. And no one did. No refund and they mail product back to you at no charge. Although you already paid to return it originally. Complete waste of $200.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent an email to ask for assistance. When it didn't make sense I called. The man on the phone wanted to upsell me and then hung up when I wanted more information.When I called back the second time, the man did the same thing. I finally got information on the less expensive sleeve and he was pissed.I only need this sleeve because I'm a cancer patient and it sucks to be treated this way

They don't warn you about back ordered items

My lymphedema therapist did all my measurements and set up what I should purchase from this company to begin the compression stage of my treatment. I was excited about getting some relief, after the products came in I was going to meet with her to learn how to use them. I ordered the items, then got an email that two of them were on back order and would arrive a month later! How much suffering do I have to go through for a month because they don't have the decency to let you know on their website items are not available?! Their excuse is they are just a middleman and have no control of the manufacturer. This is inexcusable and unacceptable.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I returned 2 items and put them in the same package and they are claiming they only received one and not the other. They will not work with me getting my money back. Please do not order from them, they will steal your money from you. FedEx has video of the items being put in the same package, but yet they are saying they didn’t receive the more expensive item.

Would not recommend- they do not ship…

Would not recommend- they do not ship your items when they said they did and then you have a hard time getting your money back. I spent a lot on this stuff and really needed it. Bummer because my doctor recommended this place and now I’m out over a hundred dollars.

Called Compression Guru to let them…

Called Compression Guru to let them know that I appreciated the fast delivery of my product the bra was not the right size and I needed to return it because it was also hard to navigate getting it on and off. This was one of the places my Lymphedema PT recommended and gave me the right measurements so I could order onlineUnfortunately, Alyssa was not listening and was very argumentative with me. Explained again why I was returning it, again she was not listening and tried to suggest I buy an extender for the Bra! No Lady, the Bra was the wrong size and it was hard to zip up and down!!!Such a shame as a Cancer patient, would think there was better CS from a store like this!

I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I order Solaris head and neck compression and paid for three day shipping $30 but I couldn’t get it on time. I am getting it on the day of my departure which is ridiculous. Now I have to order from some other company and pay more for the shipping. They said they don’t refund the shipping which is their mistake. I have to pay for the return shipping too this is crazy.

0 Stars if Possible

I would give Compression Guru 0 stars if possible. I was sent garment in wrong color, and "manager" will not take responsibility and says they will not pay for return shipping charges. I heard a bunch of garble from agent about how they did not ship it - they had other company do so. I don't care who shipped it. My order was placed with Compression Guru and they should take responsibility.

Steady, Consistent Great Service And Products

I've been a customer for many years now. I get my lymphedema compression sleeves quickly with free shipping. I've had to use customer service more than once because of my own errors, and each time they were courteous and very helpful. I wouldn't get my garments anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Great Customer Service

I had a problem getting the right compression sleeves that my Physical Therapist wanted for my Lymphedema. First we ordered the wrong combo, sleeve with gauntlet, thinking we ordered two separate pieces. The return and refund was easy, I appreciated when Compression Guru notified me when my account was credited.I ordered the correct compression sleeves, discovered the ones I received did not have the requested silicone top to prevent slippage, and within two business days received exactly what I wanted. I appreciated their commitment to excellent customer service and prompt remedy. I am delighted with the sleeves, glove and gauntlet I now use and am seeing the improvement with my Lymphedema already. Thank you Compression Guru, you were awesome!

Great prices

Great prices, poor customer service, No way to give a zero rating. I purchased over 1000 dollars of compression wraps during their sale in November of 2020. I have lymphedema, lipidema, and peripheral neuropathy. I accept responsibility for exceeding the 30 day exchange period. I had ordered compression wraps that were too large. What is not acceptable is the way Ross, customer service rep, treated me. At the beginning of the conversation I told him that I have hearing and memory challenges and to please talk slowly. Before the conversation ended, I was in tears, sobbing and begging him to please stop shouting at me. I don't deserve that kind of treatment, At the end of the conversation, I told Ross, God bless you. I hold no ill feelings toward him because Jesus calls me to love others.

Buyer Beware

I purchased a compression stocking from Compression Guru. My garment is under 6 months old and it has ripped up the seam. I called them and I was told after speaking with several people in customer service that the warranty for the garment is 4 months and that it is wear and tear. I spoke to Spencer today and was told that I could of done something to it, in the washer. Beware, I spent ninety dollars garment that can rip up the seam at a few months old. Do not use this company. Their customer service is awful. Repeated calls and emails have not been returned. Buy your materials somewhere else. Nothing but aggravation at Compression Guru. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Great customer service

I made a first time order from Compression Guru. 1 of the 3 items were delivered. I called their customer service and Spencer checked on my order and made sure that the missing items were sent immediately from the manufacturer. I will definitely buy from them again and a big thank you to Spencer in customer service!
