you did great for some reason fedex…
you did great for some reason fedex delivered half of the product to incorrect address. Luckily someone was there as it is appt only showroom. Now we have to bring to warehouse.

Lights were amazing but…
Lights were amazing. Only thing was I paid for one day shipping and they did! But I was never notified they shipped and I tried calling them the next day multiple times and never answered and finally they called Back to let me know they had shipped, that part could be improved notified the customer with tracking.

I had a hard time finding a replacement…
I had a hard time finding a replacement led light for my can lighting. I looked at all the outlets online and found Community Light Supply and immediately saw a light that looked a lot like mine. I read the description and information on the light I found and it matched perfectly so I bought one to try and it worked just like my old light! I bought more and I am so happy I don't have to replace all my lighting.

great Customer service you just don't get anymore
Great firm! I ordered an ancillary part that I thought I needed for my lamp. The next morning I got an email saying that my lamp already has it on it. Also, they corrected a color mistake that I made so that I wouldn't have a white and black set! Great customer service! You don't find this anymore.

Great service, delivery and pricing
The automated info about my order shipment times was a bit off because they were closed for a few days when I placed it, which I understood. When I inquired about it, Eli responded right away, after business hours on Friday, and explained some additional issues with the supplier’s choice of distribution site. The order arrived about as soon as I could have hoped originally, and was great. I will definitely look here first for lighting needs in the future.

No reply to emails or contact. No answer to phone call - shippment didn’t get mailed until 5 days after purchasing-stated item was to arrive on Friday and didn’t arrive until Monday fedex. Slow shipping from company- if you need fast. - not good. Item arrived and was new - good quality- new product.
