This is the safest, most durable tag you can get for your dog. It can't get hung up on anything or pull off or fade or get scratched up.

customer service never responded to my 3 emails
I love the tags but customer service never answered my email, I sent 3. You need a phone number so customers can get answers.

Elated with Zack's new ID tag
I'm elated that my cats name tag finally arrived after 14 days but that was most likely due to massive snow events across the US. The tag is easily legible, sturdy and doesn't need to be retrofit to work with his new collar. Also the price was very reasonable.

This is our fourth collar tag
This is our fourth collar tag. Our first was purchased over 20 years ago (as near as I recall). The first 3 lasted the lifetime of each dog & stayed on the collars as expected. The quality is excellent, the fit was as-advertised, ordering was easy, & delivery was in about a week. I'll let you know how the current tag performs in about 14 or 15 years from now. Thanks for a reliable product.

I love this style dog tag
I love this style dog tag! It's quiet for my dog to wear and he can't get his nails caught on it. The ordering experience on the website is also great. It's very clear how to order the right tag for the type of collar you're using.

The collar tag is perfect
The collar tag is perfect. It fits the martingale collar just right. Our new greyhound is young, athletic, and loves to run. The collar tag stays on and intact. I've had these for previous greyhounds. After 12 to 14 years they still looked like new .

Product (tags) are good quality
Product (tags) are good quality. Shipping via USPS is a drawback. I know it’s probably the most cost effective shipping provider, however they are not reliable and very slow with no tracking. Even with the shipping downside, will definitely order again.
