Rory excelled in completing our appraisal, even under tight time constraints. He willingly accommodated our urgent deadline, and to our delight, his fee was quite reasonable. I highly recommend his services.

I've always had great experiences with Coakley Realty. Being in the real estate profession, I've recommended them for over 30 years and I've employed them on several occasions. I used them when I purchased my own house and again when I sold my parent's house. The reasons are simple: they have a great team with expertise combined with local knowledge and excellent customer service.

After our retirement my wife and I made the decision to sell our home of seventeen years in the Old Farm neighborhood in Rockville, MD.
