Scammers' paradise, customers' nightmare
I had purchased a 30$ product that swayed me to believe that I was going to get a part of the profit that came from the game. When a few minutes later I found out that that was not true, i tried to refund it. However, the website logged me out and did not allow me to log in, as well as ignoring whatever emails I had sent to their support. 30$ is a lot to me, and I with full authority, legality, and permission demand my money back.

The staff are amazing and super helpful, though their is a small amount and they are busy a lot the whole plat form is amazing, the website does have some bugs but I understand as they are fairly new and are working very hard to fix them! Overall its a great place to sell your work!

My seller experience on clearlydev has improved vastly over the past weeks. The support I received especially from a member of staff called Lucas has been brilliant. There have been previous issues with payouts I'll admit, but the system has improved so much and I am so happy. I implore you to sell with clearlydev.

Had a question about a product i bought from them, the response was REALLY quick. I was so surprised at how fast one of their staff replied as most customer support replies take forever from other companies. I got a really helpful staff member named Lucas who cleared up any suspicions on the product that i had purchased and what i could use it for. Massive thank you for the help!

Assets sold in 2025 have been wipedNone of my funds show up on my account now.They also deliberately deleted all records of my sales.I still have the emails but when I log in to the account it seems that I have 0$ on the account despite making numerous sales. I had about 11$(I have screenshots). But they stole all my money without any notice or anything. Do not trust this website to handle anything.

Long-time seller with a great experience
I have been a long-time seller on Clearlydev and I have seen the platform improve A LOT in recent times. The support is good. The staff members are polite and hardworking. It's a very nice platform to sell our Roblox products at and it's great to see that they are always open to suggestions and work to fix the problems faced by sellers and buyers. Everything has become so much easier after they released the V2.

Stealing their seller’s money and abusing their trust.
Have been over a seller for a year, lost order data in the data loss in February 2025 and I still haven’t received any of my money back despite continuous emails across many months for support. Support recently ghosted me for months on end when they told me they paid me the full amount but refused to give me a transcript of what specific orders they paid me for (they only paid me 1/6th of the amount. They succeeded in stealing my money, don’t bother with this website.

ignored support tickets and disputes
upon ordering a product from clearly dev it was not at all as described. I started a dispute on 11/05/2025 and they completely ignored it. I sent them an email on 11/22/2025 about how long it should take and yet again no response as of today (11/29/2025). if a product you ordered is wrong its better to dispute it through your bank to get this process sped up.UPDATE (12/12/2025):ClearlyDev requested additional information via Trustpilot, which I gave, The next day they flagged my review and had it tooken down. But after providing evidence to TrustPilot it was marked as "verified" and yet NO response from support.

Clearlydev has the best team(s) ever, lucien is the best (not a bribe to say that either surprisngly) this place is goated, get your clearlydev products.. your MISSING out!!! Been selling on clearlydev for week or two now, I think it's quite nice as a sidegig, the website is quite funky at times but it's a slight issue that hasn't proven to be anything more than just a little annoyance, i'm sure will be fixed as time goes forward.

My Experience with ClearlyDev
I am a Vendor on ClearlyDev and there has been a ton of issues. Most recently they switched over their website and Money I had made which was in the withdrawal process has not been found and I have not received it. They say I should email but their responses take weeks. They do also constantly have issues with money such as delayed withdrawals. Staff are extremely rude and never seem to hold accountability and mention stuff like ‘Well we are all trying but we have other stuff’ as if they are volunteers and not making money from our sales. Honestly worst experience with this group and I have lost approximately few hundred quid from them not giving withdrawal money and previously not sending it as well. Others may have had much better experiences but in all honesty this is what I have experienced as a vendor for the past 3 years.
