They absolutely deserve five stars
They absolutely deserve five stars! Got my NIE appt exactly as promised in less than a week. Communication was thru Whatsapp and it was very easy to communicate with them. They responded almost in real time. Very good service

I spent 6 weeks trying for an appt…
I spent 6 weeks trying for an appt myself and son but every time it said 'no citas'. After reaching out on their website and provided my details, they got both appointments after 3 days in Alicante. It was totally worth using their service.

Used their services in order to get a last minute appointment, as it is pretty much impossible to do it manually. Great service and quick delivery of a Cita according to specified instructions. Would try again

Amazing super fast police fingerprint appointments
We had been trying to get 4 police finger print appointments in the Balearics for 2 months with no success. Then I heard about this company “cita Previa Bot” and within 30hrs they had booked us all 4 appointments !! Amazing, and very good value for money

Everything is handled very efficiently
The service was super easy and fast and I LOVED that they answered all my questions on Whatsapp almost instantly. I tried doing it myself but every time it said 'Cita no disponible'.I found this service through a Facebook group, and they had me sorted in a matter of days. I only gave them my details and preferred dates. I dont know how they do it but it def works! Would recommend 100%
