Fantastic Vendor of premium cigars. Have used them close to 12 times now and each time flawless service and delivery. These guys know how to get the job done. Will be my go to vendor provided they have what I want in stock. Recommend without reservations.
Horrible experience and loss of money - Purchased a $100 humidor nearly two months ago and was sent the wrong one. I was told to send the humidor back with two day shipping and I would be reimbursed. The shipping alone cost over $130 dollars. Cigar terminal credited my card for the amount of the first humidor and put the remaining 23 bucks on my cigar terminal account. When asked when I could expect the correct humidor, I was told that it was suddenly out of stock but that I could order a new humidor with the 23 DOLLARS in my account. Essentially I was reimbursed for the shipping based on an error that they made, and paid for a humidor that I did not receive. Would never use this site again.
I can't believe how well this transaction went. I ordered a box of H. Upmann Magnum 46s and had them in my humidor in 9 days. They've got sales, a perfectly laid out website, well-kept cigars, and great shipping. I'll likely be a life-long customer.
