LAX CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM had a great price and delivery time for the NEW 2025 Pacifica, but they are so unorganized and unprofessional regarding how they conduct sales that we'll never work with them again.We had an appointment scheduled at noon on a Friday to sign the new vehicle paperwork, deliver the purchase check, and so forth. BUT, at almost exactly at noon, the salesperson called and suddenly needed all kinds of data, credit info [it's being paid for by a Cashiers Check and at the last minute they want Credit info???], they asked for additional paperwork completed and notarized, and so forth. WHAAAAA??? They wait until minutes AFTER the appointment time set up to sign documents and then they suddenly decided that piles of prerequisite documentation must be completed before hand. NOTE: the BUYER owns a very large downtown company with hundreds of employees, and thousands of customers. IF LAX CHRYSLER had even a single iota of professionalism, consideration, and respect, those suddenly very important documents could have been forwarded to the BUYER during the WEEKS of time leading up to the purchase appointment. As it was, due to LAX CHRYSLER's being so incredibly disorganized, that the BUYER had to disrupt his entire afternoon schedule to accommodate all the unexpected extra effort. LAX CHRYSLER had DAYS in which to prearrange documentation, instead of waiting until Minutes AFTER the appointment time to throw everything at the BUYER at once. BUYERS team had to search out a mobile notary and all the unexpected extra work and documentation disrupted the BUYERS entire accounting department, throughout the entire extremely busy Friday afternoon. IDIOTS !!!A very nice lady named Lily called from LAX CHRYSLER, but we had no inclination to talk with her, especially after the LAX CHRYSLER salesperson singlehandedly devasted the BUYERS entire accounting department for hours. GREAT PRICES on new vehicles, but TERRIBLE lack of coordination within their SALES organization.

I wanted to get out of trading my vehicle in and sales man was so pushy I bit the bullet was in a rush got pre approved by bank and was asked when you want to deal said 2 weeks or so because I was busy at work they asked for credit card and was just to hold a deposit and would be put back after deal they as in finance guy used my card with out approval from me to purchase plates for vehicle that my own plates of my vehicle i was trading could have used them instead of new ones.Then came back in to sign but wanted and told no deal was loosing to much sales man was so pushy I cave in because he said they got plates already I said what and was to pushie you got a great deal I said don't want it and then was showen what was done etc.I hind site should have stuck to my guns and walked away.I did not because was in time crunch to get back to work .To anyone going to SEVENVIEW CHYSLER TO BUY A VEHICLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE SALES IN MY OPINION.ME MY SELF WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THERE AND ALREADY COST THEM ONE SALE FROM A FELLOW WORKER TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED. Me they lied about only a hold on my credit card.They lied about plates said could not use them I asked the service Ontario on keele st an hwy 7 showed both ownership to Clark very nice man said no issue at all did not need new plates but to late.Sales man said fare deal lied on that as well .What they offer you and what they resist on lot for half decent trucks is about 12 to 14 grand markup .So I got 43500 for my truck they resisted for 56500 rounded off in my eyes I got screwed .So buyer beware here I do not recommend the sales department here at all .Sin Robert Knoblauch Service department Excellent place and fare from my eyes

Horrible Builds
Well I waited a while to buy my favorite truck. I finally was able to buy it 21 Ram 1500 Built to serve edition honoring the marines. Low and behold after owning it just over a year the infamous back window leak started. The dealer said the frame around the rear window has a little crack in it and its known in these trucks. After doing some research it seems to have been round since 2014. The main issue is they refuse to recognize that it's an issue and want the consumers to pay for it and have the nerve to say they can't guarantee that it won't leak again. There are many electronics behind the rear seats as well that could get fried by the water. This is poor build quality, horrible customer service, and failure to recognize an issue.

Each time I have leased a Ram 1500 from Chrysler of Paramus, they never miss an opportunity to screw me when it comes to the service end of the lease.This time it is with a “Recall Item” it has been nearly two months and they failed to call me back after I brought my truck for the recalled item to be repaired.

I have a 2023 jeep wrangler EV that I received a notice NOT to drive if the battery is charged and also DO NOT park it in a garage-IT MIGHT EXPLODE. There is no fix for this problem! Chrysler has “case managers” reviewing the issue-no one gets back to you and every time you try to reach them you’re on hold at least 30 minutes. What in the world am I supposed to do with this total lemon-one that I was UPcharged at the dealership last year! What a total joke. Let the lawsuits against Chrysler/stellantis begin!!!!******I was guaranteed a call back from my care agent “charisma” today-absolutely no call received.***** I was guaranteed a phonecall from my case manager “charisma” today-I received nothing. I’m sitting with a jeep with a battery charged to 90% that I have been warned via letter to not drive, park in an enclosed structure, park near any other cars. Absolutely unbelievable.UPDATE: two full weeks have passed waiting for my exploding jeep case manager “charisma” to return my phonecalls-I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

Horrible design and engineering. 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7 Hemi. Location of oil filter is ignorant engineering. The person in management who approved the engineers design should also be terminated. Location of oil fill is beyond stupid. Must give Ram credit for how they corrected the air intake box. No more stupid clips. Hex head screws. Ram clearly has a handle on appearance and features. Their design and engineering is below third world country's.

Best way to feel business-class
This is the best and comparatively cheap to experience comfort driving the business-class car.Back i nthe day, when I was young, I confused chrysler with rolls-royce, I don't know why. Maybe there's a sense behind it? Maybe the comfort you experience while riding around the town on Chrysler is the same as you'd drive rolls-royce? My friend got Chrysler 300 series and once he doesn't mind ot pick me up, I always feel positive emotions even though I am not driving. Calm, peace, seamless grip with the road and no feeling of bouncing while running over bumps.
