Awesome job done on the tiles!
I’m very pleased with the work Alfredo and his team did on the pool removing calcium buildup from the tile. They carefully removed all the stains, and the tile looks like new! They arrived on time, explained the process and got it done for the price agreed. No surprises and no mess left behind. I’ll definitely call them for other pool projects.

Outstanding service - Great Results
I contacted Alfredo Acuna of CHR Builders with regard to cleaning our 10 year old pool. He gave me a fair price for acid washing our pool and did an outstanding job, going over and above what I expected. I highly recommend him.

New Plaster, coping, tile and deck!
Alfredo and his team were so wonderful to work with. He was patient with our questions and decision making process in selecting our tile, coping, deck - but also gave wonderful advice. We appreciated how responsive he was and how often he came to the house to ensure everything was going smoothly. We were also able to add on a few other services during the pool remodel and grateful he was able to help us (gas line for hot tub). Overall excellent experience and we love our new pool! Thank you Alfredo and team!

CHR replace the plaster and tile on pool
CHR replaced the plaster in our pool with QuartzScape, replaced the tile and repaired some of the coping for us. Alfredo was wonderful to work with. He explained everything about the whole process very clearly. They were very punctual and neat and did a great job. I highly recommend them!L. Goodwin

Custom Home Remodeling Swimming Pool Repairs and Upgrades
Alfredo Acuna has been a pleasure to work with for my home swimming pool remodeling and repairs. He frequently checked on the progress of the relatively short project and communicated the process very well with me. The workers were very skilled at their craft with a great attention to detail. I actually worked from home during the few days of activity and witnessed the work first hand. Alfredo Acuna is very knowledgeable with about 40 years of experience working with concrete, grout, tile, and stone and has extensive experience in pool building and home remodeling. He is not just the business owner and sales person, but he is actually capable of expertly and directly performing the work himself. I am extremely satisfied with this experience with CHR. They do high quality work at a very reasonable and competitive price!

Pool refinishing
CHR replastered our pool with the Quartscape and it looks great. Alfredo and his workers were knowledgeable and thorough. They answered all my questions as the work progressed. I would definitely recommend them.

Way better than expected
Way better than expected! They did a awesome job! The tile work looks awesome! At the last minute he came up with with a great idea to add some more tile and it looks sweet! He did exactly what he said on time and on budget! I highly recommend him!

Best Pool Contractor in Katy
Alfredo and his crew are amazing! Their quality of work is truly great with a lot of attention to details. Alfredo offered us lots of options for tile, coping and the bottom of our pool. His crew was friendly and clean! The total project price was very competitive! My favorite part was how quickly CHR completed the project! We are so pleased with their work we have asked them to give us quote to remodel our master bathroom! Would 100% recommend CHR to all my friends!

Efficient and excellent work
I had Mr Alfredo work a very professional and detailed quote, supported and provided advice on selection of materials and planned the job very efficiently. All activities were very coordinated so when a piece of work was completed, next day there was something starting. He was there to make sure details were taken care of and ready to ask for feedback on the works. There was never lack of communication during the completion of the work. Now we have an awesome swimming pool with a spa.

Pool Renewal: re-grout, power wash deck
Work included power washing pool deck, removing scale from tile and re-grouting the spa where the grout was coming apart. The work was done in a timely manner and the pool and deck now look fantastic!

2nd project with CHR
Alfredo and his team were a dream to work with for our large remodel project. Work was completed in a timely, efficient manner.
