Great customer service. I messed up my order and they quickly sorted it out for me. The item I purchased (nail grinder) was nice and quiet, and reasonably priced.

Chocodogger is 100% amazing
Chocodogger offers very cool items that I haven’t seen elsewhere. On one rare occasion that there was an issue with a product not working, they were so gracious about it and immediately sent a replacement. It’s easy for a company to get high marks when everything is going great, but the best companies (like Chocodogger) go above and beyond to fix things when stuff happens.

First of all
First of all, I got the tiny rubber hands for my 8 year old. She carries them with her everyday. The nail filer was a great purchase. We love your pup and the videos.

Ordered 2 Slow Feeders and only received 1 upon delivery, waited a few days still no second delivery, so replied to customer service. They responded quickly and politely and within a few a days delivery was in hand. 5 stars on product and customer service!

Great product...not so great shipping.
Painless Electric Dog Nail Grinder --- Great product compared to a couple others I've tried. Worked well with my large dog. Directions could be a little clearer but really, it was the terrible shipping that got this a 3 instead of a 4 star rate. Ordered on 5/4 and received on 6/1 with limited update info available as it shipped direct from China. Love the videos and thank you for putting out a pretty good product Chocodogger. Might want to tune up your shipping. Thank you. (Edited to add the product item name.)
