Update on my other review i ordered nearly 3 months ago. Was told my outfit was lost so she’d send a new one a month ago but i have since followed up with no response at all, have escalated it to get a refund from my bank

Bought of this site three times now and always the most unique and gorgeous outfits , I have just got my 3rd order for my Christmas night out and its stunning. Did take 2.5 weeks to come however does state 21 day turn around. x

I ordered an outfit which came and when I put it on it feel apart but then had messages back and forth which then sent it back to get sorted and sent back I still haven’t received this has been from may time and still not getting my messages answered on what’s happen with outfit or refund at this point now.Lovely outfit but the costumer service isn’t.

Can’t thank Chloe enough, Has always gone above and beyond to make sure my orders arrived on time even going out her way to deliver to me on Boxing Day when it was such a busy time! Every order I have placed has came better than I expected the quality and designs are everything. Always my go to for the most gorgeous outfits.

The best quality and fab customer service
Confused to why all the reviews on here are awful? Everytime I’ve ordered from Chloe it’s been 5* service. Last year I ordered an outfit for my holiday proper last minute and Chloe had made it for me and delivered it herself to my house in the space of 3 days. The most unreal handmade clothes and the best quality wouldn’t go anywhere else 💗
