Smiles all round for Charlies Drawings
This is the second time that I have placed an order with Charlies Drawings and they have never failed to amaze me, the drawings have been fantastic. There was an issue with the proof being sent, but this corrected immediately. They are always at the end of a Whotsapp and email if you do need any help, first class service, thank you Charlie ☺️

Awful company!
Awful company!! Ordered a portrait on the 7th Jan for a special birthday present. I have never received it as they never bothered to post it, luckily I paid by PayPal and raised a complaint with them directly, and I have now been advised I will be refunded in full. This company also set up a paypal subscription without my consent and knowledge. I certainly would never use them again and advise others to stay clear of them.

Thank you for creating such a beautiful and touching drawing. My partner lost his parents years ago, and his brother just last month, so a real photo together is now impossible. This artwork has given us something incredibly special. The quality is amazing, and the whole process was so fast and caring. I will absolutely be ordering from you again.

Awful, drawing was awful, ordered 10th September and had to chase it and finally I messaged on 29th October at 9.45am and got a message at 8pm saying they would send it over and did….i was actually very upset by it. It looked nothing like my mum who had passed away in may and never got to meet my baby born in the August and I just wanted a picture of them together. I was so disappointed and I showed people hoping it was just me not thinking it was right and so many people have made bad comments on it. Wish I could add a photo up of it. They keep removing my comment as don’t like my honest review. Mine was very rushed I’d say and the hand on the drawing is awful. I’d rather them have said it’s not done yet give us a x amount of time and we’ll get it to you. I wouldn’t have minded. I’m just upset I paid for something I will never put on show sadly.

Beautiful drawing but poor communication and delayed delivery time
Initially my experience with Charlie’s didn’t go smoothly as their communication regarding delivery time and the progress of my order dropped off and my emails were not replied to. However I am very happy with the final result, I complained and they immediately sent me the digital copy of the portrait on the 23 December, just in time for my friends birthday the following day. This did mean there wasn’t any time for alterations but fortunately the portrait didn’t need any. The said they’d ship the printed portrait immediately but I am still waiting to receive this and my emails requesting an update have gone unanswered again. I will follow up and hopefully receive the actually drawing soon.
