Had and issue with my high end gaming rig Caleb, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a week im extremely satisfied will be using Cerberus Tech again in the future if need be.

Great Service!
Caleb was quick and responsive with my graphics card installation, and helped tidy up my cable management. He was friendly and clearly communicating with me during the process. Will be seeing him again with future opportunities!

I needed assistance for a broken laptop/memory transfer
I needed assistance for a broken laptop and they did a job well done. Everything that I asked for was appropriately addressed. Very friendly staff willing to work with their customers. Only downside is that they aren't very proactive with responses/updates. At least in my experience, it seems that the customer is responsible for checking in for updates/diagnostics regarding their tech, as they will not reach out for extended periods of time otherwise. Aside from responsiveness, CT is a great repair service.

Fixed my corrupted system
Caleb had to almost completely “rebuild” my operating system bc my system had gotten so corrupted. He managed to save my data though. Then, bc I’m not at all computer savvy he came and set up everything for me. Good guy!

Highly recommend Cerberus.
My husband and I are both 74 and not skilled in the world of technology BUT Caleb explained everything in a manner we could understand. He has solved our issues in a timely way. Our bill was very fair. If we have any computer problems in the future, we will definitely call Caleb. A very refreshing and positive experience all around

Consumers Beware!!!
Months ago, I brought Cerberus a fully working computer to recover files accidentally deleted from my desktop. What followed is a nightmare scenario. In the process of trying to recover those files my entire hard drives and all the files on it were apoarently corrupted. The technician (Caleb) apparently failed to follow the basic protcols for such recoveries.Cerberest still has my computer and I cannot get a straight answer from Caleb as to the status of my data recovery. Step up Cerberest and fix the mess you created!The next step will be to consult my attorney.
