Centiment is the best! Not only were they fast, but they also had incredible customer service! The Centiment team answered all my questions before doing a soft launch first, and then gave me the opportunity to address any concerns that came up in soft launch. To top it off, Centiment was way more affordable than other big survey companies!

Centiment is my go-to survey service when I have pretty niche audiences to look for. They can take a while to run if they're hyper-specific, but often they're quicker than I expect. I also like having a dedicated representative who's familiar with the surveys and audiences I've run in the past.
I have worked with Centiment on multiple projects and have been very pleased with the outcome every time. The expert assigned to our project was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with us closely on fine tuning the survey questions and design. Overall, Centiment provides very professional, timely service, with reasonable prices and very efficient customer experience.

Working with Centiment, and especially with Hannah Pratt, was an exceptional experience. Hannah partnered closely with us throughout our project, keeping our team informed at every step. When we ran into limitations with our free Qualtrics account, Hannah helped us troubleshoot and provided a path forward in the Centiment platform. Her guidance made the transition seamless. Hannah was also helpful in flagging issues like GDPR/CCPA compliance, and was always ready with practical solutions. Once we launched, Centiment's soft launch reporting was clear and thorough, and Hannah helped us feel confident moving into full fielding. We hit our target sample size and had a great distribution across key demographics. Overall, Centiment was fast, reliable, and incredibly supportive. I’d gladly work with Hannah and the Centiment team again!

Centiment did a great job in reviewing my survey experiment, making appropriate suggestions to improve performance, recruiting the appropriate respondents, and gathering and providing the data. Yiannis Margetis in particular was remarkably helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. The quote I got at the start of the process was exactly what I paid as well. Centiment has been great to work with and Derek in particular has been an absolute gem. I've now done 4 surveys with them and I've been really thrilled: good samples, appropriately priced, and Derek is very responsive whenever I've had questions -- whether hopping on a call to go over more detailed questions, or over email. I always appreciate that they do a small test run so that I can identify any errors and correct before collecting the rest of the sample. I've successfully published with the results of one of these surveys and the other projects are moving right along. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend.
