I recently sold an iPhone through Cellmefree, and I was so impressed with how smooth the process was! The website was easy to navigate, the customer service was very responsive and patient when I asked questions of the process and how it would work. They were very helpful and walked me through everything. What's even better is that they send you everything you need for you to send your phone, you don't have to worry about paying to send it to them. I was shocked at how easy the process was! Once I received the kit, I shipped it to them and they confirmed once they received the phone, and after they reviewed the device, I received my payment immediately. Exactly what I expected too. I highly recommend Cellmefree if you want to sell your phone!

Lack of professionalism as well as responsibility
I shipped my Iphone 5s to them with the only problem with my phone was that the icloud was locked other then that it no cracks no damage and it turned on and after 3 weeks of no response I asked them to ship my phone back which they did but my device screen comes back to me scadderd and now they keep ignoring my emails and calls.

I am a natural born skeptic... I read some of the reviews here and I honestly got nervous! But here's the honest truth. I mailed my iPhone 6, I received updates via USPS that my package had arrived at the facility and Customer Service let me know that my phone was being evaluated. My iPhone 6 was in the hands of a Technician Monday the 19th and I was paid the morning of Wednesday the 21st. Cell effete.com gave me the HIGHEST offer for my iPhone 6 out of all the online buyback companies. Customer Service was great, the process was extremely smooth and easy. Believe me, the only motivation I have to give 5 Stars and a POSITIVE review is because this cop any stood by their word a did the right thing. Go with these guys for selling your phones, they're honest and prompt.

updated review:After seeing this review the company contacted me and sent me a check for my phone. My advice is to take pictures of what you send. Also, send in a small box that is a little more secretive than the envelope they send you. While I'll never will know what happened to my phone, I'm happy they were able to resolve my issue. first review:First If you look at older reviews they are all good however the ones from the last couple months are horrible. I mailed in my iPhone 6 mid October. I followed up today as to where my payment was. They sent me a picture that they received my envelope but no phone. I packed it in a specific way and that packing didn't appear in the picture. Not sure I have any course of action.

False deceptive advertising
I sent them three smart phone and their advertisement at the time stated they bought blacklisted IEMIs, but would cost less. Over ten days went by and no word, I emailed them and they stated that they did not buy black listed IEMI. These were phones that I got from the cell company, so they were not stolen or anything. They were going to hold on to the phones and not send them back until I got nasty with them, and I still do not have them back. This company is deceitful and lies to try to get their hands on your phones. Avoid them at all cost. Sell you phones one Ebay.

Disappointed
I sent out my phone over 1 month ago. They responded quickly when it was time to send them my phone but disappeared ever since they received my phone. I have received zero updates or response to my emails. I am still waiting for an update and payment. I am very disappointed with my experience with Cellmefree. I feel like I have been scammed. Has anyone else had the same issue? Thank you for your help.

It has been 3 weeks since I shipped the cellphone. I have yet to receive payment. I sent emails to both cellmefree & webuymobile and I didn't receive a single reply.
Update: finally, I got a reply. They'll look into my order. I hope it'll be smooth sailing from here.
