I purchased a 100 dollar screen protection plan and got my screen repaired and had the product installed the same day. Once my baby cracked it, I realized that it was not registered. After registering it, I was told my repair would not be honored because it was damaged.

USB-C recharging cord
My wife and I recently upgraded our iPhones at Verizon. The Verizon representative noted, if we had a problem with the iPhone, our Verizon iPhone warranty would not be honored if we used non-Cellhelmet accessories. So we purchased the Cellhelmet charger and extension cords for our 2 phones (pricey they were). The extension cords are a piece of junk. On both my and my wife's cords, the USB-C connection to the iPhone got stuck in the phone. Yeah, there's a warranty on the cords but to get the "free" replacement cord, there's a $12.50 processes and handling charge. If the product was good, they should just be replaced, no-charge but I guess this is happening too often and therefore expensive to replace this piece of junk...as is their warranty. Just as we are doing, I'm willing to bet people shy away from making a claim because of the charge (so the failure rate is never really known). Same on Verizon...and shame on Cellhelmet!

a horrible company, a hard to use app, there customer service does look to help you, right away telling you your claim was denided after you bought there product that the ubreakifix recommened, wont use that again as well, dont waste your money they dont sand behind there product, dont use them dont waste your money

Canceled order no communication
They canceled and refunded the order without any communication. Didn't ask if there was another case that we would want or anything. I am grateful that they refunded it but would have been nice to have communication before getting the refund notice.

Difficult Procedure for filing Warranty Claim…
I had a hard time navigating the procedures to file a warranty claim. No person ever answers the phone, all must be done via computer. Being an older person, this is not always easy. Finally was able to order a new phone charger but even though my receipt showed that I have an Android phone, you sent me an I Phone product. Luckily, the charger works for both but I had to use my old Android cord.

After two days of use
After two days of use my screen protector already had a chip out of it. Mind you, I had not dropped it at all or treated it roughly. I didn’t have a case yet so I was being extremely careful. I reached out to the company to ask about the warranty and did not hear from them for over a week. That was after three emails and a phone call. I am very displeased with their customer service. And to pay $50 for a screen protector that got damaged after two days use… I do not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered the wrong size case. Realized it as soon as i finished the purchase. Immediately i reached to change the order and got no response. I emailed after receiving the case to return the item received no response this company’s service is garbage and no one should purchase from them as there are many other companies that provide the same products that can provide better service as well.
