Unlike other wine businesses that either didn't take a moment to respond or gave me an attitude, Ben was cordial and took the time to let me know what to expect in the current wine market for my cellar. That alone is worth five stars in my book. He sent me a detailed spreadsheet that outlines his offer in clear, concise terms. I recommend him when trying to sell your collection.
Gone out of business. Search for reviews in other places after reading this. Absolutely awful..
I was introduced to Ben through my professional wine storage facility and he helped me move some inventory of some cult CA Cabernets that I'd been fortunate enough to buy direct but are not my first love. With Ben's responsiveness and swift action, I was able to buy more wines that I prefer while finding a home for my collected gems. I hope to work with him again this year!
Highly recommend! It was time to reduce my inventory of mature bordeaux wines. Ben at Cellaraiders was responsive, very fair, and easy to deal with. I delivered to their location and was impressed by the professionalism, storage conditions, and the inventory they maintain. I can recommend Cellaiders for fine wines, either buying or selling.
Got three bad expensive bottles ($300+) over the past 4 months (different makers/vintages). Bad corks/oxidized wine. On last one I did not even get answer from Cellaraiders. From probability perspective, it can't be a fluke anymore. Really nervous since I have many other that I have not opened yet.
Great wines at great prices - this is Cellaraiders. They know the right sort of wine to match a particular dish and will share this information with you. Delivery only took a couple of days, all bottles were intact. So personally for me, if I order wine, it's only at Cellaraiders.

I placed a test order for a 2005 French vintage bottle about 2 weeks ago. The bottle was indeed flawless as Ben described, and the taste was nothing short of magnificent.I’m extremely pleased with Ben’s service and timely response to emails. He has even made suggestions about optimizing my shipping costs to save me money. This goes above and beyond what I expect as the average from any retailer. Top notch service, and I will continue to be a repeat customer of Cellar Raiders.
I tried to reach out to them about selling some wine, and I got nothing but a rude response from Ben Wallace. I will never deal with these unprofessional peoole ever. Buyers or sellers, Beware.
They do not charge you for shipping upon checkout and then notify you that the cheapest shipping is only $20 to add to your order after it's already completed!
This is the second time I have ordered from Cellarraiders (Ben Wallace). Not only did the wine that I ordered come on time as promised but the wine was as advertised and kept properly. I highly recommend using them in the future for your high end wine sourcing needs. I know I will be back.

I appreciate the communication in regards to the shipment. The weather was hot, but was able to secure the wine and make it at the appropriate temp with in time before the wine had a turned.
