I went to the cellairis Sutton Road Huntsville, AlJohn was the Customer Staff that took care of my needs.I am giving him a 5 star review because he was very knowledgeable and went and beyond his service. He took really good care of my iphone. I needed a screen glass ; he did a great job installing it and I also found the iphone case I was looking for there.Glad to have a place close by to take care of our tech gadgets.Thank you John and Cellairis!
I took in my computer because of a possible sceen malfunction. I was told they would need to do a diagnostic to see what is the problem. I went back to the store on Johnson Ferry and was told that I needed a new screen and it would be about $400.00. I was charged almost $90.00. I then went to another store nearby and they did not charge for diagnostics and replaced the screen for $250.00 Do not recommend Cellairis. Use Youbreakwefix

I visited the store located inside Walmart in Ormond Beach at 1521 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, United States.Great and fast customer service, went to store to replacing a tablet screen ,in and out with a $ 5,00 off coupon.
This company is a ripoff. My wife and I purchased a contract that was to last multiple years with them that would have our phone cases replaced as needed. We paid in advance only to have cellairis state that they would no longer carry our specific model of cases (8+). When my wife was informed of this, she then proceeded to ask for a refund on the balance of the contract they would no longer provide service for, they responded in a very rude tone of voice stating “we don’t give refunds”. This battle went back and forth for over 8 months with us always receiving the same response, basically saying ‘we’re out of luck’. We therefore ended up paying (in advance) for a contract this company refused to honor or provide service for. This company is a scam. They have the most horrible customer service of just about any company we have ever dealt with!!! Do not use them.
I brought my IPad into their store and, there were two nice and amazing people named Heather and Rottman. Within 30 seconds they had removed the tip of the charger that was stuck into my IPad. This experience was the best one yet.
Went to Cellaris location on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta GA to get battery replaced in an Ipad that losing its charge quickly. Called and got quote and asked what process was - they indicated the battery was not in stock and had to be ordered. Went in location to pay for battery as they indicated it would be a few days. This is my 94 year old Aunts form of entertainment so I kept the Ipad as it was functional and planned to drop off at a later time. When dropping off the Ipad, they asked if I knew the passcode and I offered to call and get - they responded "that's OK" indicating it was not needed. They asked then if I was aware the screen would have to be removed to replace the battery and if cracked during this process I would be responsible. It would have been nice to have this information before I paid for the service earlier, but I rolled the dice. Received call a couple days later that the Ipad was ready and went in to pick the unit up- no cracked screen! Dropped Ipad off with Aunt only to find out screen was not working as the screen had dead spots. OK - it happens...Right, just take back and they can look at? Took unit back and they said any repairs were on me. I indicated the risk explained to me was around screen cracking during screen removal. I asked for the manager and he preceded to lecture me with an attitude on how this could have been an existing issue with the unit. Really? This is where this is going? I then inquired to ask what the protocol was when a device is brought in and how they test the unit. Manager opened up his magic white binder to let me know unit was DOA when brought in. I asked why would you have not plugged it in as it was only a battery issue? Manager responded that it was DOA did not have the code therefore testing was not done.3 visits to location and receive 3 different stories as far as what the risks were around the battery installation and the screen. Basically any issue past the initial fix is on the customer and everything becomes my word against their word situation. I have socks older than the people - Zero customer service and focus on the customer.
I brought my tablet in for a broken screen to the Woodstock Georgia location. Ash was very knowledgeable and trustworthy.My screen was replaced in a timely manner. I would give six stars if possible. Kudos!

I am warning you, do not get your phone repaired at this store. This is not a drill, they will mess up your phone and say it is not their fault. Full story below: It is really unfortunate that I have to write this review. I am sourly disappointed by how my experience turned out and how my iPhone XR now doesn’t work after a botched screen repair. 9/10: I arrived around 6:40 to get my phone screen replaced for an iPhone XR. Before the replacement, everything on my phone was working 100%. They do a checklist to verify this before working on any phone. I paid $151.00. The mall was about to close, so maybe this was a rush job. I retrieved my phone after about 20 minutes and headed to my car. I went straight to my Chase bank app as I exited the mall to review my purchases and the face ID was not working. I dismissed it thinking that it simply needed to be reset because I got a new screen. I was absolutely wrong. I spent the entire evening trying to reset my Face ID. I spoke with Apple support multiple times. 9/11: I went to the Apple store the very next morning, on Sept 11, only to find out they are not even open. All roads led back to the screen repair from Sept 10. I contacted this store as soon as they opened and explained the situation. They asked me to return so they can have a look at it. I obliged. I arrived to have them look at the phone. She changed screens again and said they don’t know why it’s still not working. She also mentioned she checked the Face ID before returning the phone to me so she is not sure what went wrong. She continued saying, I must’ve done something to the phone. This is all a full lie. I have absolutely nothing to gain by purchasing a screen replacement then complaining something doesn’t work. I didn’t want a refund I wanted my phone to work. They did a software update to my phone and the Face ID and detection feature still did not work.9/12: I requested a partial refund of my $151.00 purchase because I would need to get the front facing camera repaired at this point because they messed it up and refused to fix it. They said they would call me back.9/13: I requested a partial refund again and after talking to their management they told me since I signed the form after completion of replacement, they are not responsible. I now have a iPhone XR without a working camera detection and no Face ID. I’m not sure what she did wrong but they have declared they will not fix it and are not responsible. I will complain to every single person about this company until they give me a refund. I will only make an update to this review if they provide me at least a partial refund. I’m being nice by asking for partial because they still did the work. If they fix phones and this happened, then they should take full responsibility for disabling this feature with their poor repair.
Best company to get your repair done by have owned and operate one of there franchise the amount of help and support and the care you get from management its a big honor to be part of the cellairis family and blessed that we can help our customers out everyday
