We ordered two of the automatic rolling cat toys, they both stopped working after about three weeks. Since then, we received multiple emails from salary pets Syn please be patient and we'll get back to you with the tracking number right away and things like that. This is going on for over a month. Seems like just another shady operation.
I would put zero star. Total scam ! False representation. They was advertising a flying bird that is just in fact a static toy.I complained to the company. They offered me 25% of refund that I declined.Then they offered me 75% of refund but they never actually set it and now they just stop to answering to my emais. TOTAL SCAMMERS AND LIARS.
I’d give them 0 if I could ! I ordered a ball in May and have emailed them 7 times and I get generic premade responses. I’m very upset. Awful that they should be allowed to have a business!
I ordered a toy in June. I still haven't received it. I emailed them and they said it was on it's way. I still received nothing. This happened two or three times. They then offered me a refund. I still haven't received it. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered one of the cat balls, it eventually arrived, used a few times then after recharge did not work. In fairness to the company they sent me another one as replacement. Worked at first then again after recharge it will not work. Such a waste of money.
I would give ZERO if this was an option - I ordered a splashland cooling mat which apparently is designed to keep cats cool in the summer - the material is similar to a kids paddles pool but extremely thin - they advertise it as being robust claw proof - however in reality a babies finger nail could puncture it. Not only is this item not fit for purpose, it comes with a tiny pump to blow up the outer edges, that is not fit for purpose. I strongly would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I contacted customer service regarding, not being happy with this product, which leaked, when I attempted to fill it with water and they asked for details of the purchase, from the thin grey plastic packaging, which I had placed in the rubbish after opening and actually trying this useless product, which I paid about £20 with postag cost and hasten to add whilst on the postage subject, it took several weeks to arrive as another complaint - purchase from this company if you do not mind receiving useless products and shoddy customer service, when you realise what I did
Ok after my last review.I emailed this company and gave them a date i would like my full refund for the flappy bird and well and behold i got a email to say i can keep the stupid product and a full refund so i thought heyho great, the last date was 19th sept but nothing so again i emailed them asking where my refund was and i got " please send you address and we will replace the product". No i have recieved you email stating a full refund, heres the proof and sent their email stating a full refund but hey guess what, yep again being ignored. Help to put this company out of business and stop ordering from them. Wish i could do this review with 0 stars
I've ordered 2 toys from Celery Pets . All I can say is they were delivered to my home in a week and the quality of the toys are decent and my cat loves them
I wish I had read these comments befor I purchased the water and fish ring for my cat. Ordered 18th Aug, still not here and customer services are not answering my emails
I ordered 2 different items on different occasions. I have received both. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit and I have been trying to send it back for refund. Have not had any response from them regarding return of item. The second item seems OK. I had to wait over 3 weeks for these items to arrive, and then I discovered they were from China. No wonder I can't get any response or no refund. NOT HAPPY. To this date 25.09.2025 i still have not had a reply from you.
Bought their cat ball that jumps around. It worked for two times and now won't charge. I even used another cord and charger. What a waste of money...lesson learned. I did email them but of course heard nothing back.
I received my items but it did take a while to come. Just a heads up - you can buy some of the stuff on Amazon for half the price - still takes as long.
DON’T GET SUCKERED BY THEIR CUTE ADS! I’ve bought a couple of things from them. Junk. And they don’t respond to emails regarding quality or refund issues.
Takes FOREVER to get product. And it’s from China!! Had I known that I never would have ordered it. And I’m still waiting for it.
I had to learn the hard way! Celery pets is definitely a scam. I ordered a comb that took over a month to get to me! I did not realize the items were coming from china. I also saw a facebook ad where celery pets were using a heart warming video of an elderly couple claiming their small business was going out of business. How is that possible for them to do that! Worst of all, the comb did not even work a tiny bit. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from celery pets!
Scam! Some of the toys are exactly the same like from Shein, just the price is 3 times higher
I should have seen the reviews here before buying. I regret. I ordered the chirping bird toy. It’s ridiculous. It doesn’t fly up like they showed in the ads on Facebook. I’m generally very cautious when buying Chinese products. I avoid them at total cost. But this is a scam tbh! Such cheap products are so bloody expensive. AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
I purchased a pet grooming comb a month ago and despite being assured it would arrive within 10 days it hasn’t arrived after a month! Zero customer services and a bogus tracking facility that is fake. This is obviously a scam so I’m reporting it to my banks legal fraud dept to get my money back from these criminals all my seven emails to them have been ignored.
I ordered a pet comb on the 26th july and after numerous emails disputing no deliveryand being told to wait ten days after almost 40 days, I am still waiting for my product. £16 seems to have been lost to this company. I am at a loss of what to do to get my money back nowThis is obviously a scam site
Watch out!!! Both the products I ordered came in a small package without instructions or bill. The water cat mat (very small) is partly dysfunctional - worst is the cat fletch gun cause the discs fall directly to the ground and dont reach the cat. I wrote asking for a refund, they asked for videos (within 3 days) but those are too voluminous to send by email. I sent them with WeTransfer and CeleryPets didn't even open my message. So much work for nothing !!! I spent 52$ - not worth 2$. That American company smells like China cheapest products.
