Glad I made the purchase
The key I paid for didn't work at first, but I sent a chat message on their site and got an immediate reply. Within 5 minutes I had a replacement key and everything worked out fine. Awesome customer service!

Best customer service experince I have had in a long time!!!
Their customer service is great. Every issue I had with my Windows 10 pro key was solved instantly! No more than 2 mins and I was good to go, both times, so it was not just a one off experince the first time. They are fast and always on ready to help with any issue. You can't find a better customer experience!

I had a problem with one of the two keys that I bought and I contacted them and they answered my emails very quickly and told me to contact them in their chat and they solved the problem for me immediately. I have faced an issue with the online activation of MS Office
I have faced an issue with the online activation of MS Office product and I contacted the online support. I described the error and immediately an agent proposed a solution. I followed the steps in order to send some information to the agent and gave me back guidelines in order to activate the product. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes max and it worked!

I'm not surprised by all the positive reviews but beware!I bought activation keys for Windows 10 Pro and Office 2019. The activation went fine but after 2 years, Windows and Office stopped working. They refuse to provide a solution or new keys.Avoid this and similar websites.
