Ordered a part on Jan 17th, to this day have not recieved it. Wrote to customer service and was told it was due to weather. Have reached out several times for a resolution as it has been over a month, and have not heard back. I would advice to find what you need elsewhere
The customer service was superb. The order took much longer to complete than I expected. However, when I contacted support, it was extraordinary. Fast, polite, well written, direct. My question was directly answered and no excuses made or implied. I wrote on one day and was answered the next. Even a few days later I am still imprressed.

I love my Casio G-Shock watch, but when the band broke, I was heartbroken. However, I found this website where I can order parts for my watch. When I received the new band, I was very pleased to see it was an exact match to the original one. I can now wear my beloved G-Shock watch again. I couldn’t be happier!

My package got stopped by the customs in Europe, asking for additional documentation.I've contacted Casiopart about it several times without getting a single reply.Horrible customer service. The whole website is automated and no one will take care of the customers.
Absolutely the worse company, their customer service/support has been horrible. I placed and order and it took months to fill which isn't my issue. My package was never delivered, and when i reached out they just provided me the USPS shipping information saying it was delivered. When i responded and was clear it was never delivered they ghosted me and have refused to return any of my emails. Im out $180 dollars and this company clearly doesn't care to actually deliver on its products.
CasioPart was able to supply replacement rubber contact strips for my 30-year-old CTK-501 keyboard. The new parts fit perfectly, and the keyboard is now working like new.

This is BS. Email confirmation that order placed on 6/6. Email that order "in process" on 6/10. Fine. Then, email that order "pending" on 6/28. Upon tracking the order, the same message appears, plus fact that even Casio cannot track the order, but do contact us if any questions..."???? WHAT?????Had I known it would take this long I would have ordered from another source. I can understand a 10-14 day scenario to process and ship, but 3 weeks and the order is not even trackable (in limbo) by Casio itself??? And there is no phone contact number?? NO. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND EXPECT THEM TO FULLFILL YOUR ORDER TIMELY, OR GET ANY HELP TRACKING IT.
I ordered a g7700 resin bezel, which is a pretty difficult part to find (the g77xx is one of the “rare” series, as it lasted only from 2007 to 2011). It was a special order, so it took a while to be delivered to Italy (I was aware of that), but in the mean time customer support was friendly and supportive (thank you Kaylee). The part arrived in perfect conditions and I’m very happy with my old g7700 looking great again.
I ordered keeper loops for casio gwg 2000, it took a time as it was a special order and shipment to Madrid, Spain. I was told in advance. The product arrived as expecred and is 100% casio original. Very satisfied. Serious dealer that I recomend.

What my honest experience is, Im so grateful to this company for supplying my order for my gw9400 rangeman parts now my watch looks brand new again. And the most valuable asset of this company for me is Ms. Kaylee who is very supportive and always email me back when I have concern and for that I thank you and will definitely order again.
