Super easy process
Super easy process. Had an old car (pretty much junk) sitting around and they came in, picked it up, and paid me for it. Doesn't get much easier than that. Had no problems with them.

These days nothing is as it seems to be
These days, nothing is what it seems to be. Like getting a fair offer on my Jeep. I fully expected the tow guy to show up and do a bait-and-switch. Not so. I don't recall, in recent memory, when really decent people exist. I also liked your friendly way of doing things. And, for once, I don't have to worry. I do many yelp reviews, and they aren't always positive, but are honest. If they sell good used cars, I'd certainly travel to Austin to check it out.P.S. I'm not related.Thank you.

Positive experience - try it.
Transaction was super easy. Received detailed directions about the process. Was kept abreast of when driver would arrived.Driver was courteous - Checked vin number. Exchanged car title and keys and in return gave me check.

Couldn't have been any easier
Super easy to do on my phone. Took less than 10 minutes. Even better, Peddle was by far the most money offered so it was a no brainer. I was given a 4hr window and the driver showed up early in that window. The whole process was easy.

Great but had one issue
Getting the offer and accepting it was easy and quick. The pick up of the car was great as well. The tow truck driver was super fast and had the check ready to go. The only bit of advice I would give to the company is that my pick up appointment was changed without my consent and I had taken time off to get this pick up done. So I had to take even more time off when they changed the date. So if you offer a pick up appointment and it's accepted it would be great to keep that. Everything else was great!

The extra mile for forgetting
They came and went over the process and cut the check for the amount they valued the car. We forgot something in the car that was important and they were very communicative about when the driver will pick it up, we left a big for the driver to put the items in and they didn’t forget about it. It was a 10/10 experience! Thank you so much for yalls time and helping us out when we were forgetful!

Online offer of $455. Then the person of Indian descent spoke with me over the phone and the offer was $210 when none of the particulars had changed. They lost my business

Did the online quote for my vehicle
Did the online quote for my vehicle. When I went to complete and accept the offer it kept giving me an error So it forces you to call. When you call you get some indian guy name Pablo who through it again and gave us a quote way lower than the online quote! and tried saying because it wasn't the premium level, um but that's not whats asked online! Shady business DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them. Stick to your local junk removal

car was illegally bought by this place
had a car stolen and bought by this company without the title and without the (verified consent) of the owner to the car. they don’t have the proper requirements for the sellers to verify the owner to the car matches and also knows about the consent.i reported it to police to get my car back.

Quick and simple.
We used Car Auto Salvage to have our mini van picked up. The process was very simple and easy to follow. We had an appointment set up within minutes to get the van picked up by a local salvage company in the next couple days.

I was able to set everything up online (live conversation is available) which was best for my schedule. Time frames were convenient. Communication from Sam (driver) was great. Information to get my car ready was relevant and helpful.
