Amazing group of people work here who truly care! They will get you exactly what you deserve!
Anton and Rhonda at CaseSix were phenomenal from the very beginning of the process. They were transparent, responsive, and most importantly, honest every step of the way. Their professionalism and genuine commitment made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend CaseSix to anyone looking for a team they can truly trust.
I have had a great experience with CaseSix, they are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Definitely subject matter experts. They cover all the document and filing requirements, track the filing progress, and keep you well informed. If you are looking for professional expertise regarding your VA case filing, I highly recommend CaseSix, they get results!!
Rhonda and Anton are great! They are extremely helpful and passionate about helping veterans. You will not be disappointed!
Charging way too much for the services provided.
I couldn't possibly think that anyone else could do a better job at this than CaseSix. It was an extremely enjoyable experience in which they explained every step and made the process seamless to me. If I could do it all over again, it would be with them A++++
Rhonda and Anton were amazing. They guided and helped every step of the way. I can not recommend them enough and will be sure to pass their information to as many veterans as I can.
Rhonda and Anton helped me out so much during this process. Always stayed in touch and helped me every step of the way. There is no way I could have done this by myself.
At first I was a bit leery. However, after listening to both Anton and Rhonda describe their process I was comfortable to give a try. There was little to loose and very little cost. Yes, there is a nominal fee upfront, but first CaseSix does, with your authorization, have a look at your records. If they feel there is something to gain, they will explain it to you and get started. I was starting at 100% and didn't think there was much for me to gain. There was, and I'm collecting it now. Talk with them and let them evaluate your situation. Don't forget you are dealing with the military and the VA. This means the process is not fast, but what do you have to loose?
I'd give CaseSixvets 13/10 stars if I could!! They are some of the finest people I've ever worked with. I went from 10% to 100% with their help. It took 2 years but that's the VA moving at a snails pace. If Rhonda tells you to expect a call at 1600 your phone will ring at 1600. Not 1601. They have walked me step by step through the process. The sheer number of times they have had to correct VA mistakes is in itself worth the money. Her years of experience at the VA is invaluable. This is the best thing I've done since my EAOS!!
Extremely helpful and PATIENT, helped me navigate through all the forms without making me feel like an idiot. You will find Anton and Rhonda very responsive and knowledgable!
Rhonda and Anton guided me through the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Their professional manner and business acumen made me feel comfortable throughout and I highly recommend them to any veteran looking for help with the VA Disability approval process.
After nearly a decade of dealing with pain post-discharge, I was finally referred to CaseSix by a trusted mentor—and I’m incredibly grateful I made the call. From the very first conversation, Rhonda was honest and transparent about the process, outlining potential hurdles and ensuring I had all the information needed to make an informed decision. There was never any pressure—just genuine guidance from someone who clearly knows the ins and outs of the VA system.Anton was equally outstanding. He consistently went above and beyond to explain the administrative side of things, making sure everything stayed on track and stress-free. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made me feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to Rhonda and Anton’s incredible teamwork and attention to detail, I never once worried about whether I was in good hands. They kept me updated throughout, always found time to answer questions, and were just a phone call away whenever I needed clarity. In about nine months, we reached a resolution that I’m extremely happy with—not just because of the outcome, but because of how smooth and reassuring the entire experience was. I truly can’t imagine trying to navigate the VA process alone.I’m proud to be part of the CaseSix family. Thank you, Rhonda and Anton, for your unwavering professionalism and care. Highly recommended to any fellow veteran navigating this journey.
I cannot recommend CaseSix more to any Veteran who is dealing with the VA. I reached out to them hopeless about my claims with the VA being constantly denied. Rhonda and Anton were extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable and most importantly they actually listened to me. I am eternally grateful for what they have been able to for me with my VA disabilities. If you have any claims being denied, claims in progress or looking to file a claim, reach out to CaseSix, they will be able to get you the results you're looking for!
I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional support I received from CaseSix, from Rhonda (VSO) and Anton (Executive Director). They went above and beyond my expectations throughout the entire VA disability claims process.Rhonda and Anton guided me in focusing on the most critical aspects of my claims. Their expertise in navigating the complexities of submission was invaluable, especially emphasizing the importance of Personal and Lay statements to strengthen my case. Their patience, kindness, and understanding made a significant difference during what can be a daunting process.Without their help and expertise, I would not have made it into the 100% club! I truly could not have done this without their support and knowledge. Rhonda and Anton are not just advocates; they are genuine cheerleaders for their clients. If you’re seeking assistance with VA claims, I highly recommend CaseSix. They are worth every bit of support you need!
My experience was wonderful. They helped and guided me throughout the way. I did not know how to file a claim or where to get started. I went from 0 to 90% va rating. I highly recommend. 5 stars all the way!
It was an ABSOLUTE pleasure working with Anton and Rhonda Mitchell, i had an all around GREAT experience with them from day 1! They were very straight forward about fees and possibilities/outcomes of my situation! They also kept GREAT communication! I knew exactly what to do on my behalf and exactly what to expect from the company. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend Casesixvets!
This outcome was totally unexpected, but so wonderful to hear the news! As always, thank you for everything you have done for our crew and you continue to do for our brother and sister Veterans. You all (Rhonda and Anton) are changing people's lives every day and that work is important. I will let the others know you said hello.
Hello all,Normally, I mind my business and never post disgusting issues that occur in life; however, this was something serious. Today’s climate made me want to post about the overt ignorance that consistently happens that we don’t mention. I reached out on December 17th, requesting assistance filing a VA claim with an OTH discharge since the VA changed the rules regarding OTH discharges and eligibility for benefits. So, I spoke with Anton first, and we chatted about my options. I informed him ahead of time of my “job” in the military, and we determined that tinnitus would most likely be my first option. We also chatted about the OTH because I stated my goal of upgrading my character of service due to Mxx, which took years to muster up the courage to even want to do, knowing what happened to me in the military.I even chatted with Rhonda regarding my goals, and she informed me that it would take about 45 days. Fast forward, I received a letter from the VA indicating my intent to file in January. Now, all this time, I have not heard from Rhonda. I reached out on February 23rd at 10:31 am because, at that point, it had been over 60 days with no communication from Rhonda. Rhonda responded the same day at 10:44 am, stating she REVIEWED my service treatment records and had me on the list to call next week, and if I had a few minutes, she could call me with her findings...but she would only be available until a little after 11 am.Of course, I did not respond to that message because a true professional would not provide someone with a sensitive matter in less than 30 minutes. This short time frame does not allow for a thorough review and understanding of the case, which is crucial when dealing with sensitive matters such as military discharges and health issues. On February 25th, at 11:42 am, I received an email asking me to schedule something for the same day, at 2 pm, or Friday, 2/28, at 3:30 pm. Of course, I chose 2/28 at 3:30 pm. In her email, she stated she didn’t find any “chronic condition” in my STR to make a recommendation...and that is where I think it all went downhill. What I took away from our December 17th meeting was that we understood my goals and the path I was taking. Not being on the same page happens when people do not take notes during intake, or take the time to keep up to date on what the person is trying to resolve.Everyone is not a file or an STR. I do not know anyone who can discuss sensitive details of this nature in 30 minutes or less - I am just saying. Okay, on 2/28, she called my phone at 3:31 pm; however, I was dealing with an issue for a client (because I own my own business), so I did not answer. She left a message, and I called her back at 3:32 pm. Okay, remember she previously stated in her email that she read through my file. So, when I was on the call with her, it was like she had not read through my file or tried to understand the root cause of the discharge. While reading through my file on the call, she read something that had nothing to do with the discharge and made a disparaging comment: “...I must have been still drunk when I made that statement.” Not getting into much detail, what type of person would make that statement if they were trying to assist? Also, she kept referring to herself as “we,” meaning the VA decision-makers. She also didn’t understand why the military did not have any details about my discharge in my STR, and that’s when I said, “Those are the questions you should be asking...” it was like I was thinking for her. I must have offended her because she did not do her due diligence. Needless to say, she tried to gaslight me, and yes, I am going to use the word gaslight in 2025, stating she can see I am upset with her and she doesn’t need this because she’s trying to help me and before she could even finish her statement about finding someone else, I hung up in her face. Now, as I noted earlier, I don’t know what type of individuals she’s used to dealing with, but 1. you will never try to gaslight me, and 2. you will never yell at me or bully me. She or whoever can respond to this post if they want, but I am speaking my truth to anyone seeking help. They can try to defend her actions, but there’s no defending what I encountered, and I didn’t even note the details of what we discussed due to the sensitive nature of posting online.
