I sold my car to Carvio in May. I was never given a bill of sale and have not been able to get anyone to respond to inquiries on how to get one. My car was sold at auction and the new owner is using my Vanity plates so I received a toll bill for a car I sold 4 months ago. None of the customer services numbers accept incoming calls and no response to multiple emails. I also tried to talk to a sales rep since that is the only people who will respond to you however they will not give contact information for anyone who can help. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to reach out and give me a copy of the bill of sale and NOONE will answer me!! I am at the point of filing a stolen vehicle and BBB complaint.

Worst company ever, do not sell your vehicle to them as they will give you the lowest prices around. The checks in times will not be ready when they pick the vehicle up and in case they will drop the amount offered on pick up. They will also not respond to the messages or calls when you call about this situations.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Ian Smith, one of the associates, hired cheap labor by employing undocumented Mexicans to work from home under the table. Once he made good use of them, he would go on to fire them without any notice and had no concern about actually paying them what they were owed. He is also the owner of LotBlok Inc. Karma will catch up with you sooner or later, “Boss Man.”

Got sent an offer and signed the offer and returned it. They confirmed the offer and then sent a text saying they could not longer accept the offer but would check back the next day... the next day they sent back an offer for 1/4 of the original offer value! What a SCAM!!! Glad I found WeBuyAnyCar.com instead, they were honest, upfront, communicated well, AND offered more than the original offer from SCAMvio (CarVIO). Be careful with this company!!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They wanted me to text the front and back of the title and my government ID prior to getting a price they would pay me for my car. I had already sent them pics of the vehicle and then refused to send docs until I got an offer. Only after that I got a low ball offer 2/3 less than the actual true value of the car. The internet reviews on this company mostly match what I just wrote. STAY AWAY!

if i could've given a zero i would have. would never even bother to get a quote from this company. there offer was so low it was insulting. my low offer from other companies was a minimum 3 1/2 times higher. need to sell a vehicle look elsewhere
