Excellent Staff, very pleased with results.
No hype, no BS, just a good company doing a good job! Samantha introduced me to Carstub, and Justin came to my house to check my truck and close the deal. Two very competent, very likable people! The whole process was completed in less than one hour. And the price was right.

Everything was so easy
Everything was so easy and straight forward. Compared to just the wait times from competition was a 4hr window. When I reached out to car stub, I was able to choose the time and they were there even before I was. All the dmv paperwork was taken care of on their end and all I had to do was sign over and was cut a check right on the spot. Very smooth and easy transaction.

Adam was thorough in his inspection of my car, patient in explaining the process of selling my car to Carstub, and willing to answer my questions about other options I was exploring to sell my used car (from private party and dealer trade-in to Kelley Blue Book, CarMax, Carvana, and Bidbus). Adam's offer from Carstub was competitive, and though I would have liked to receive more money for my car (who wouldn't?!), I chose to sell to Carstub out of convenience; Carstub saved me the time and effort of marketing my car to private party buyers. I am somewhat sad to part with the car that I used to teach both my children to drive and hope it finds a new home via Carstub.

My uncle needed to get rid of his car…
My uncle needed to get rid of his car as he didn't drive it and the retirement facility was threatening to tow it, but at his age couldn't handle the process. I live hours away and took a Saturday trip out just to help him. Spent all day Saturday trying, went to dealerships and carmax and even though they made a tentative offer, in the end, they would not buy it then and there because he had lost the title and had fees on the the out of date registration. He didn't want much for the car, just to get rid of it and no one would help or make any effort on his behalf, the whole day was wasted. Back at home, I was contemplating just trying to get the car junked or donated, but first tried calling carstub. I explained the situation, and they came back in minutes with an offer range depending on the cars condition in appraisal, competitive with carmax. More importantly, they had absolutely no problem with the registration and title issues and promised they'd handle everything in house.On the same day, they sent out their appraiser Robert to meet with my Uncle to check out the car. He kept me on the phone during the process too to make sure my uncle was comfortable with the process. He made a fair offer right away and was incredibly accommodating getting the check and paperwork done for my uncle. By sheer coincidence, Robert lived close to me, so when he was done with my uncle, he made a stop by on his way home to run it all through with me in person too. Fantastic service and a huge lifesaver. Thanks again Robert!

Great Experience

Best car selling experience ever.
This was the easiest car selling experience I’ve ever had. All I did was call and give the information they needed. They came and evaluated my car, we made a deal, I signed paperwork and they took care of the rest. The evaluator came and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we came to an agreement he cut me a check on the spot and they came and picked my car up today. I would recommend this company to everybody.
