This is the 4th time I bought cheese from Carefour Qatar Villagio, horrible, with mold and not for human use. By mistake my assistant send it with my 7 year old son. It is fatal. I hope I can post here the video for the cheese. I run to school for my son to not eating it. I call them nobody care. Carefour Qatar
I have had the worst customer experience with your team today!!! An order I made via express at 6PM and yet till now I haven’t received!! I am the one who keeps calling to track as it is late and I need to sleep but I have been met by empty promises. To make it worse I get a notification that you have cancelled since the rider was unable to reach me yet all this while I have had my phone waiting for your call!!! Why would I not pick the riders phone call and keep calling your team to ask when the delivery will be done!!! 2nd I have indicated my estate name and house number so someone just needs to get to the gate and have security call my house to confirm!!! None of that has been done! And your team is comfortably telling me they can give me the riders number I call? Whose job is that?How is that making my work easy if I have to pay for an order, call the store countless times to follow up and still have to call your rider to still follow up!!!! Would it not be easier to just walk into a store !!!! Improve your service !! The only person wgo tried to assiat was Fidel! 60-110mins delivery yet 3 hours in and no delivery
bohot hi ghatya kisam ki cheze hai all things are fake not recomended jo chez sale me hai wohi sabse zada fake hain just time waste and money waste and food court ki kya hi baat hai bss dekhne me achi hai or taste fazool worth it nhi hai quality nhi hai .
Such a pathetic customer service. I faced no response as well as delay in delivery. Just to sell the product, they will give fake promises and once order is placed and money is received, they are really not bothered to help customers.It is frustrating to deal with delayed deliveries and a lack of communication after you have already paid.
Carrefour order 18347638for which they charged my credit card €392,05 upfront before delivery. On delivery today 11 Dec 2025, 16 that is sixteen items "not available"(!). In addition, 2 items "buy one get one free" only received one, not two. The same thing happened three weeks ago. No contact, no follow up, no refund. Bottle of beer missing from packet of 3. Whether dishonest or just incompetent, these people don't deserve to be in business.
I am very disappointed with the behavior of the Carrefour delivery guy today. I have been a regular customer for a long time, and this is the first time I experienced something like this.He arrived at my building and called me in a rude manner, telling me to come down and collect my groceries because he didn’t want to come up. When my fiancé told him to cancel the order if he refused to deliver properly, he came up but started banging on our apartment door aggressively. He acted unprofessional, had no manners, and even tried to pick a fight with my fiancé.This kind of behavior completely ruins the reputation of the company. Delivery staff should show professionalism, kindness, and respect — not hostility.Very disappointed with this experience.
So today is my birthday and was really having a bad day but I was buying a cake to share with my kids and I was served by a guy named mwebi Job at carrefour Junction mall who ensured I don't forget today was a special day he wished me via the teller screen and giving me birthday points..I will always shop at carrefour no matter which side of Kenya I am in
I have to say I’m quite disappointed with Carrefour. While they sometimes have a good range of products, my overall experience has been frustrating. On multiple occasions, items I ordered online were either out of stock or substituted without clear communication, and delivery has often been confusing, with drivers not knowing the address despite clear instructions.Customer service is another letdown. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and often just pass the problem onto third parties, leaving you to chase them. I’ve had issues with poor quality items, incorrect deliveries, and a complete lack of support when trying to resolve these problems.It’s frustrating when a large chain doesn’t seem to care about basic customer experience or product reliability. I won’t be relying on Carrefour for online shopping again unless things improve.
Absolutely furious with Carrefour — I was simply browsing deodorants and got shouted at by an employee who insisted I buy everything I touched, which is completely unacceptable, humiliating, and a total abuse of customer service standards; I will never set foot in this store again.

I bought a mobile and it is not working properly, it suddenly closes and doesn't allow to update. I asked to return it, and they told me that the third party has to manage the return. Not good customer attention and easy way to contact them and to contact the third party. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY TO CARREFOUR. THEY ARE SCAM

My experience has always been superb!! Carrefour next gen mall, the riders are professional and handle deliveries perfectly. Big up to Rider Ernest who has delivered my orders more than once and his service is wonderful
The store is gnerally well-stocked, and you can find good deals on many products.

I went in there and bought a set of fruit but the fruit was rotten so I went back in but the cashier wouldn't accept the refund. They have even got rotting berries on the shelves! Absolutely terrible
