I paid 342 dollars for 3.5 years only to be sued for the debt. that i already paid or i thought i was paying now i am screwed and still have to pay back this debt

I guarantee you that the positive reviews have been written by the PR firm hired to clean up the mess that has created by Daniel Rufty. If you have any doubt, Google Daniel Rufty, Blust Law Firm etc. You will find a trail of fraud going from NC to Illinois. It is a story for American Greed. Fraud to RICO charges are pending.

I just received a letter from CAROLINA…
I just received a letter from CAROLINA LEGAL SERVICES in regards to their lawyer DANIEL RUFTY and the fact that his license to practice law has been suspended. Reasons given were overall failure to properly tend to client matters, including his failure to properly supervise employees resulting in trust accounting irregularities and his failure to properly reconcile his attorney trust account. Does this mean that the monies that I have been giving to this company for more than 2 years has been going in someone's pocket other than my credit card account. I can not get anyone to answer the phone and hope to get some clarification as another payment is scheduled for the 15th of this month.

I am sad that I fell into a trap like this. I was seeking help to get out of debt and they gave me a great offer. So I thought. And when I went to check on my funds in my account, I can’t get in. I couldn’t get an answer at the company. I finally got an answer and they said they were having issues with their website and starting with another. Ok. And I voiced my concerns over things I read on the internet and BBB. They basically tried to make me feel stupid because I believed that. I requested my account be closed. I canceled my global account. And I received VERY little money. $84 of $1305. And I requested more. This is unfair. They want to give me $281. They did NOTHING for me. And they kept my money. They say they spent a lot of money to set up my account. I know there has been some work done. But not $1305 worth. I notified the BBB. Hoping to keep others from making the same mistake I did.

I email to complain I got served papers threatening to take away what little property I have left because of accounts that were supposedly "taken care of" MONTHS ago.... I get an email reply asking to "share [my] positive feedback" Here it is: Stop Screwing me over!

This company is a nightmare
This company is a nightmare . I canceled my program due to the lack of communication, not answered questions and no proof of actions done to my case . After being in the program for 11 months paying without missing a penny nothing was resolve and I got a sue from wells Fargo. I paid over $9000 . And only got back $2600. Where is the rest of my money ??? You guys didn’t settle anything , the accounts didn’t get any back and forth communication like you guys told me . I called again today to speak with a supervisor and again I was told there Will be no more money refunded . I have decided to take this to the media and also contact the news so no more one person fall into this trap .
