Great experience
I saved a good bit of money getting our second car key made with CarKeysExpress instead of the dealership. I had to call customer service a couple of times and they were patient and kind and very helpful with all my questions. My tech reached out within 2 days like was explained he would to schedule my location and time. He was super nice and stayed in touch the day of my appointment. The actual key cut and pair process was really fast and efficient. I’m glad I took the chance with this company!

The actual key service was really quick…
The actual key service was really quick but it took several days to have a tech reach out to me. I nearly call to cancel the order but the day before I made the decision to call to cancel the order, a tech called to schedule the key replacement service.

Mobile locksmith? Yep!
Todd was excellent! It was more than obvious that he knew what he was doing. I went the economy route and met him in a parking lot. I know it seems unusual but it's not. The Car Keys Express Van is a portable locksmith service. Depending on your urgency for keys, you can meet them somewhere or have them come to you. I thought, "Oh watch, a week will go buy and I still won't hear from these guys." I was wrong! I placed the order online on a Saturday and they were calling me to schedule on the following Monday. Would I get keys or fobs this way again? Absolutely!!
