The process is comprehensive. Using an online portal makes communication, uploading documents, and tracking your project easy and user-friendly. Initial conversations made me feel confident and very optimistic. Cassie is very professional and easy to communicate with. Towards the end of the project, I felt there was less attention to detail and minor mistakes. This may have been due to Cassie's workload. Overall, I’m pleased with the products. Career Confidence exceeded expectations early in the project, but left me slightly unsatisfied in the end.

Paid $800 for the resume service that was to include a master resume, LinkedIn revamp and a targeted resume. I had to email multiple times to get the LindedIn revamp and also email multiple times for the targeted resume. I got responses for the LinkedIn and she did the revamp but I never got a response for the targeted resume. The targeted resume is what I really wanted but she never got back to me after multiple attempts.
