Everything from application to getting…
Everything from application to getting started was easy. Kimberly was so helpful with intial questions and application. Ilan was fantastic with helping me get everything setup and integrated. I'm fairly new and would not have been able do it without his help. They also have lots of helpful tutorials to help customize it the way you like

Learning to use the new platform
I do not like that you changed almost everything in the trading platform. I spent almost a year trying to figure it out. I had two screenshares and still was unable to trade with confidence. John Thorp conducted yet another screenshare and was able to help me understand the logic of the platform and where to find all the buttons I need. John was very patient and kind throughout, repeating everything I requested. Thank you!!

I'm a fresh user of the StoneX platform and was not particularly familiar with the navigation. Ilan offered a remote session to help resolve my issues.
