I ordered a peach scented fragrance oil and received a coffee scent in error. I emailed customer service and the immediately shipped me the correct scent. Excellent customer service! This is why Aztec is my main candle supply vendor.

love the scents
love the scents. i chose the cheapest shipping, not sure if it sidnt help the situation but one of the oil lids came off in the bag soaking everything in it. lost half the jar.

First time customer experience
This was our first time purchasing from Aztec. Everything was great. The processing time wasn’t long. Every scent we ordered was better than we expected. I did interact with customer service and the response time is on a level you don’t get in many places. It’s fantastic and I’m happy with it and their products. I will be back with more orders.
