The cleavage bra did not fit correctly despite measuring and ordering the right size. 32C, exactly in the size range that is supposed to work well for this product. It smashed my boobs into this strange, uneven shape that did not work under any outfits. Re-positioned them multiple times, watched the advice videos, just so bad. In just those few adjustments I noticed that the adhesive was already beginning to fail. Decided to return them. The site said I'd have to pay a $5 return fee to pay for the return shipping. After I approved the return, I was informed that I could just keep the product. They then refunded my fees minus $5 - so they kept the $5 return shipping fee even though nothing was shipped back.

Very deceptive marketing
Very deceptive marketing. I feel like I got scammed out of $50. I was so excited to try their cleavage bra as a small chested woman, but when I actually tried it on, it did absolutely nothing for my cleavage. I got the right size and tried it multiple times using different application methods and nothing worked. The design is flawed - not to mention the pull up tabs with the adhesive on one side is nonsensical. You use your fingers to pull them up, so yeah eventually the adhesive is going to wear off from repeat contact. When I tried to return them, they said they don't accept international returns and gave me a 50% refund and let me keep the product, which is better than nothing I guess.

I have tried to post my review to Cakes' website directly on 3 separate occasions in the months since I ordered, but it won't let me post it, so here we are. I tested these out for a simple drinks and unfortunately they started peeling off within 30 minutes. I wasn’t even dancing or sweating so I’m pretty disappointed given the price. I really wanted to love these but they didn’t work for me.

If you are a breastfeeding mom don't even try. I ordered some thinking my boobs would go back to normal size by the time I had a wedding after weaning and they did not. They did with my first but not my second. And they are not willing to assist with a size exchange since it is outside the 30 days but not worn. The push up style also does not work for the sagging breastfeeding boobs either. They don't stick well at all especially if the size is not perfect. Again don't be fooled. You need something that sticks and a company that will work with you. Don't waste your money.

I contacted the company multiple times and I simply got the same basic email, we apologize but due to a surge in sales we gave a delay in orders but not once did they reach out to me to let me know. Today I finally reached out again and asked for a full refund because their lack of communication is horrible.

Zero stars preferred. I placed an order 30 days ago and have received no product yet have been charged $125 for my unfulfilled order. I've reached out multiple times to find why my order is unprocessed in which I have gotten plenty of AI responses and promotional materials. I might have reached one human "Novie" (via email and website chat) who keeps telling me she understands my frustration and my order should ship next week. Sounds like repetitive automated responses and will not comply with my request to elevate my complaint. Also not willing to compensate for this extremely delayed and messed up experience. 100% Unacceptable.1/12/26 UPDATE: Well after 30 days of placing the black friday order and my continued pressure to rectify the situation. I was told I can cancel my order and resubmit it. When I asked why they couldn't resubmit the order I was told again, I would need to cancel and resubmit. I never was able to reach management I definitely canceled and will NOT order from CAKES Body again. BUYER BEWARE!!

Did Not Perform as Expected
I purchased two Cakes Body covers (one round and one triangle) a few months ago after reading the strong reviews on the website and was willing to pay more based on that reputation. I recently tried them for the first time.Unfortunately, the adhesive performance did not meet expectations. The covers only stayed in place when wearing very tight clothing. With looser clothing, they did not grip well and would fall off, making them impractical for everyday wear.Given the price point and the reviews that influenced my purchase, this was disappointing. I was hoping for more reliable adhesion and versatility across different types of clothing.

I wish I would’ve come here before ordering, but my niece really wanted to try these out so I ordered from them and it’s been 12 days since I ordered they said they usually ship out the next business day and they aren’t sure why it hasn’t shipped out but that it should be shipping soon and once it does ship it will take 5 to 7 business days for it to arrive. They gave me the impression they really don’t care about customer service. You’re basically on their timeline and you get it when you get it if you get it at all, I’m about to try and cancel my order.

TERRIBLE customer service...DON'T BOTHER
I am only giving this product one star because 0 wasn't an option. I ordered these 5 weeks from event date, F-I-V-E! They did NOT arrive on time for the event (3 weeks past the claimed delivery date) but rather 3 weeks later...EIGHT weeks total. Despite me contacting the company SEVERAL times, even going so far as telling them to cancel my order and like magic they were shipped the next day -- and still took another ten days to arrive. I am so disgusted with their customer service, where returns are IMPOSSIBLE. Unless your event is 2 months away, and you have 100% assurance they will work -- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I ordered from Cakes Body and it very clearly said “Shipping Method, Standard Courier, 4-9 Business Days” when I clicked to order. I have screenshots of this timeline.My order tracking hasn’t updated and I need this item by end of week. I reached out to Cakes via email and they told me that because I’m located in Canada, it will take up to 21 business days! They also said that I won’t be eligible for any returns or refunds because I’m located in Canada. In the end, it seems like I’m going to have to source another item and also get stuck with theirs, which I don’t need if it doesn’t arrive in time. I plan to dispute with my credit card company if they won’t rectify the situation.

If you have a D or larger chest, avoid the Plus size cleavage bra. It does not even cover half the bust- it is very small and it does not work. The description says full Coverage, which is a joke.You have to pay a processing fee to return. So hope to save everyone the expense. Not worth trying.
