Excellent customer service
Received the chair in reasonable time and when I was installing it, I had an issue. I contacted the company and they responded almost immediately. They were very kind in their reply and resolved my issue easily and clearly. Excellent customer service.The chair is very comfortable, well engineered and easy to adjust, and seems well made. The only negative is that I need a slightly forward tilt to the seat and it has no forward tilt adjustment. If it did, it would be perfect.

Good aesthetics, Questionable Ergonomics
I bought this chair because it had leg rests and a padded seat. Something that's hard to come by. It also comes in cute colors, which I appreciate. However, it wasn't quite what I expected. Here's some points:1. The chair frame and base are all plastic. No metal outside of the hydraulic cylinder and seat mechanism. The seat foam is soft but bottoms out quickly. I think despite the 300lb rating, I would go for a stronger chair if you weigh over 200lbs.2. It's a bit smaller than expected. The models on the pictures make it look large and cozy, but they must be petite and short.3. The lumbar support is not adjustable and the pillow doesn't fix that. It's extremely hard to fit the pillow around the lumbar section. You have to really pry the two sections of the back of the chair apart to slide the pillow around it. If you manage to get it installed, the pillow kind of forces you into a reclined position which is great for relaxing but not for productivity.4. The armrests don't have much adjustability. Only up and down adjustment is pretty sad for a chair at this price point. 5. The leg rests are not a good incentive to buy a chair. It's just not stable enough to use them without fear of tipping over. I'd recommend a detached leg/foot rest or hammock under your desk instead.Overall it's not a terrible chair for the price. I think if aesthetics are your main goal then it's probably the best looking chair at this price point. However if you really need a reliable, ergonomic workhorse chair, there are better ones out there for this price.One last note: Cabevibe does not cover return shipping and charges a pretty hefty restocking fee. If you don't like it, I'd recommend asking for a full refund without a physical return. The customer support is quite helpful on this front.

Customer service was quick, friendly and helpful. i had an issue with my Cabvibe M3. It was solved with a few emails. The M3 is everything they promise. I'm using it in an overstuffed chair that lost its support. Feels great.

I recently purchased the Cabevibe C1. It has been a great chair with incredible amount of features on it with the most importantly being noted is the back support it provides. The wheels roll very smoothly. It provides features such as head support movement up and down. Everything is adjustable so if someone else wants to sit into the chair, everything moves to fit them perfectly.

I ordered a seat in hopes of helping my handicapped brother to sit up straighter and avoid back problems. However, it just didn't work well for him. The seat is very sturdy and made extremely well but his body is curved so badly that the seat was uncomfortable. I wrote the company, Cabevibe and they gave me a refund minus a processing fee. The person that helped me was extremely kind and considerate. I highly recommend this company and the great service I received.

Can’t say enough good about the company/product. I purchased a sit/stand desk, quality is great. It did come with a motor that did not work correctly, and they quick provided feedback to try and fix it. Although I needed a replacement motor for the desk, they were quick to fix the issue for me. Really good lower back support
I have lower back problem due to years of poor sitting posture. My doctor suggest I use a towel or pool noodle to support my lumbar and to help me sit up straight. It helps but it isn't very convenient and does not work everywhere. I saw one of these rigid back support seat in a store while traveling overseas and tried it. Instantly, I knew I had to get one. It supported my lumbar very well and felt very comfortable, like my back was being cradled. I can move it anywhere and sit upright anywhere easily without much effort. It works so well that I bought 2 more M5 SpineSeats for my parents. The company's support staff was also very responsive. They addressed my issue through email promptly and effectively.

Great chair and customer service!
I purchased the CabLady S2 chair and so far it is great! I am 4'11" and it is so hard to find a chair that works for me sitting at my desk all day. I could not figure out something with the lumbar support. Went to the site and chat support helped me within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

An item that worth every penny
I was looking for genuine lumbar support for my back, as I spend hours sitting in front of the computer. Although the chairs are comfortable, I always end up with back pain by the end of the day. When I searched the internet, all the options looked the same, but this one did differ. It seemed to be made of good materials, with a strong structure and the perfect curvature for the spine. So, without giving it much thought, I bought two.One arrived very quickly, but the other took a little while. I contacted Claire from Customer Service, and bam!, she solved the problem on the spot. The second product flew in as well.This stand is wonderful. You have to use it little by little so that your spine gets accustomed to the new position, and then you keep increasing the hours every day. In a short time, your spine adapts, and you can work all day without that annoying lower back pain. The product is top-notch, and Claire's service was unbeatable. They are really a serious company with an amazing team, always ready to help you with any problem. I'm super happy with my purchase!

The epitome of quality and care in both products and business
I am a petite woman (5'2) so office chairs that fit my size, and truly feel comfortable are nearly zero. Recently getting diagnosed with radiculopathy was truly an eye opener to just how badly I needed something with ergonomics that fit me. It took days of searching through big box stores and online sites as well as many returns till I found a single chair that fit me. Fitting me is an understatement as the chair fit me perfectly! From the extremely easy and quick instructions to the timely shipment, everything was perfect. My feet actually reach the floor now and the seat depth and width is actually short enough to accommodate me! The lumbar support feels like a hug and truly wraps around my feminine body and the headrest cradles my neck so wonderfully. Even the seat cushion was meticulously designed to fit my body and is shaped in a way where it forces you into an ergonomic position. With so many features, they still managed to sneak in a footrest, fully washable covers for the footrest and lumbar support, and even an adorable clothing and bag hanger on the back (I love that I can use it like handles when moving my chair too!). Everything about the chair is of high quality from the lightweight yet robust frame to the striking colors and modern design of the back. I tried to wobble parts to no avail. It felt so good day one after assembly, I refused to get up, seeing how it was the first time I have ever felt relaxed in a chair. So much good in a chair yet it was only the beginning. I feel like calling it customer service is doing it a disservice. I'd rather call it customer love - and began from the beginning. From asking CabeVibe about what chair would fit me and getting comprehensive information that actually pertained to getting a coupon and extremely fast shipping. But it didn't end there. After posting a review on the site raving about the product, they sent me an email of true heartfelt emotions and love for it. And then they took it a step further by gifting me a product from their lineup as appreciation. After I replied, they continued their kindness. Radiating so much care for the customer with our ongoing messages, I honestly cannot create an emotion worthy of my thoughts on it - because it is truly unreal with just how kind and caring they are. A true representation of CabeVibe: embodied through their products, and their company. One of their slogans is caring about how you work and feel, but this. This is so far beyond that, I will remember this forever in the same way that I will cherish this chair. My back, spine, neck, butt, and especially my feelings are extremely grateful.
