Bytes successfully created our brand-new website with minimal downtime during the transfer from the old site to the new one. They also set up Google Analytics and provided excellent SEO backend assistance.They stayed on schedule based on my response time. There were some issues I think they should have caught before I did. However, when I notified them of the issues, they fixed them immediately.Our website is not e-commerce or anything very involved with many integrations only google analytics and our CRM .Overall, it was an easy and great experience. Major issues with their company culture and QA
Update: After making this review, they emailed me to ask me to "reconsider it" since they did not like how it reflected on them - it was very important for them that potential clients don't read this. As proof to the culture I've mentioned below, they don't take feedback - they will do whatever it takes than admit their short fallings. But coming in with lies (e.g. the project was paused for 1-2 months, which I dare them to prove) is too low even for them, or at least I thought. I highly advise you avoid them at all cost, you don't want to work with people with such low work ethics. The company has good people and good developers working there. However, I would highly advice not to work with them on big projects. There's a clear culture of incompetence in their management and absolute lack of accountability. The company culture overall is more concerned with draining as much budget from you as possible, which is standard for most agencies - only that they don't reciprocate with good work. A lot of critical mistakes that caused chaos and losses to our company, rooted from mismanagement and obsolete QA.
