Great Contract Terms and Customer Service
My wife and I were struggling with an insurance settlement due to a fire in a house that was rented, The house was solid and salvageable, but in need of more work than we were willing to take on. We met with several "house buyers". They all made offers and the terms were not often clear. My wife called Buy Box. We accepted their offer because it was competitive and the terms were exactly what we wanted to hear. Jonathan, our contact at Buy Box explained every detail. Buy Box took care of the cleanup of belongings left behind, the title search, expedited the procedure (even though much of the work took place during the Christmas holiday season when many people were taking off), and arranged for the closing to take place at our house so we didn't have deal with the bad weather that occurred that week. Payment was deposited in our checking account within days of the closing. Fire damaged property is condemnable, uninsurable, and a huge liability if it someone sustains an injury there. My wife and I were relieved when the sale was completed and happy with the cash we received.Thank you Jonathan and the Buy Box staff for making the transaction painless and helping us get through the parts we didn't understand.Tom & Angie Reinheimer

BuyBox is the GOAT
I had a home in PA that I wanted to get rid of as I live out of state. I didn't want the hassle of renting, upkeep of a home, taxes, etc. I just wanted to get rid of this house. I looked around and found two companies, one of which did not follow through with call backs. Then BuyBox called me and it was nothing but greatness until the sell was complete. From the first call that I made until the closing of my home has been nothing but smooth. Dave who I initially spoke with took all my information and got the ball moving. Then Jonathan handled the rest, making sure to keep me informed about everything and I do mean everything. This company is knowledgeable of every aspect when it comes to selling a home from additional mortgages, taxes, etc. If I had any doubts he assured me with honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. He even called after the closing to make sure everything was ok. If you are looking to sell your house, there is no other company that will take you through the process quickly and efficiently. BuyBox is the company and only company you should allow to handle the business of selling your home. You will not be disappointed in any way. They are upfront, honest, and knowledgeable, the qualities you need when selling anything. Let BuyBox handle your sell!!!

Could not be happier with the service
Could not be happier with the service. I was going through a divorce and needed to sell quickly. I worked with Micah and Jonathan. They moved quickly, sold my house faster than they originally estimated, and took care of literally everything. I just had to sign the papers. They responded to questions via text in minutes or instantly on the phone. Such a simple process, and exactly what I needed during this time in my life.
