The salesman walked us through the best options for my mom. The installer was fantastic, explained everything we needed to know to get her using the stairlift.

Great Stair Lift
This stair lift is much quieter than the one in our last villa. The cost was a couple thousand more but well worth it. There are no annual service contracts and our installer is only 5 miles away and can fix any problems quickly. This is a great stair lift.

The chairlift stopped working after a dozen uses
The chairlift stopped working after about a dozen uses. I called the salesman, David Sloan, who promptly came over and although he gave excellent service he couldn't figure out the problem. David called the tech, Dakota, who discovered it was a signal interruption and remedied the problem.

This device has been a lifesaver for my mom to be able to go up and down our stairs. I am so thankful for this device. The tech was able to get it all set up in less than 3 hours from start to finish. My only request would be for the lever that makes the chair turn be in better place for someone to reach. My mom had a hard time pushing down the lever because it is quite a bit below her. For most people it may not be a problem but an elderly person it can be a challenge.
