Unhappy with service but not with product
I want to say I am pleased with my results; however, I have not had a break in medication but for some reason they are trying to start me back at 10 units and I was on 68 units. Way less product for the same price and that is unacceptable and unfair. I would like my full product immediately.

I've had a great experience with Brello, and have recommended it to friends. I started ordering in October 2025 and The pricing has been reliable and affordable, the order process as well. They did have a little glitch whem they moved their pharmacy location that they addressed in advance by giving a pre-order option, and that worked out the timing perfectly for me.

My first shipment went amazing however my next order was canceled without any email or details on why. I didn’t realize until it was time for my next shipment to come. It is impossible to get into contact with anyone about my order. It has been two weeks of me attempting to call, sending messages to support, even attempting to write them on social media. I received one response days ago asking for my email although I am reaching out through my email and account and have not heard a thing back. My medication is completely out and now I am stuck trying to find another provider to take me on so I don’t have to restart all of the work and mediation increases I’ve worked myself up to with my first shipment. The initial shipment was quick and easy but it has been a nightmare with lack of communication since then so it’s not really worth the trouble if you plan on being on it longer than the 3 months you initially get.

The process has been very very easy with Brello and the cost is the lowest I've found out there. I would give it a 5, but there have been some issues on occasion where my shipment doesnt automatically happen and I have to get customer service help. However customer service has always been amazing with their help.

My experience has been nothing but amazing,I previously used a company and paid double the price,then found out they used southend pharmacy and that’s how I found BRELLO.I have never had any issues at all and when I had a question I sent an email and got a reply within a few minutes so great customer service.Ive lost 80 lbs with Brello,so I’m extremely happy with this company and would definitely and have recommended to friends and family.

1st shipment delayed, but happy so far!
My first shipment was delayed about 3 weeks due to pharmacy relocation. That was frustrating because I was not aware of a delay until AFTER I had paid. However, my shipment did arrive well-packaged and cold. I am down 13 lbs in 5 weeks with diet, exercise, and tirzepatide! I have had no nausea, and I feel great! I am very happy with Brello so far! My next shipment is coming in March, and the website indicates there are no longer any delays in my area. I am looking forward to continued success!

They had my medicine within a week. They kept me informed through the process of me signing up and getting my medication. The app helps you keep track of your medicine schedule and progress. They do a full evaluation by a licensed provider before prescribing the medication by you answering questions.

Been using them for a year now and when it was finally time to renew they had the shipping delay 6 week. I live in Washington . I tried reaching out to them a few times and nothing while my subscription and orders were both cancelled without prior knowledge. It’s a bit frustrating especially cause I can’t get ahold of anyone either .
