Waste of time, money and effort. Don't do business with them.
We started our order in early 2023 for a short batch of boxes intended to be used as presentation packaging. Our initial quote was reasonable and the prototypes were fine - these are not expensive boxes, but were not exterior printed packaging so required some hand assembly. Our agent in Dubai was to have made for us and then sent to us in the UK for review.We fed back a few changes and our agent (who is great with these sorts of things) dealt with a somewhat elusive sales representative that needed to go back and forth with their boss to answer what I read to be fairly basic questions about fabrication and colourway choices (as well as price). This is something we are used to, but it's a shame that they followed the rule rather than being an exception. If I had to describe this part of the process I'd say it was higher effort than necessary.We confirmed a larger run of factory samples but upon receiving them (and having paid a great deal in air freight to get them) we noticed that approximately 80% of them had defects that rendered them useless to us. Magnetic strips were incorrectly aligned so that the many boxes would not hold shut when closed, obvious fingerprints in glue on glossy areas ruined many other boxes.Our agent contacted the company about a refund but the damage was already significant in the cost of air freight of a substantial consignment of samples, the efforts here and of our agent in Dubai and our loss of the samples that we needed to demonstrate to potential clients here in the UK.No immediate refund was offered, excuses instead started about this being a 'rushed job to meet our timelines' (as if this absolves your company of responsibility to inform a client prior to purchase of the risks of a supposed 'rush job'). We would still like to return our samples at the cost of the supplier for a full refund. They are welcome to contact us (they know who we were). Until then, or review of 1/5 stars remains. Avoid this company - there are many others in their locality that will do a better job.
