Awful. They change project managers while you're mid edit of a book. Only care about $$. Refuse to refund money even when they change project managers. Terrible

My Friend Recommended Book Writing Cube
I had an idea for a self-help book but my writing skills were basically nonexistent. I had pages of notes, scattered thoughts, and even some voice recordings but no clue how to turn them into a proper book. It felt overwhelming and I almost gave up on the idea but later on my friend recommended Book Writing Cube. Their ghostwriter took everything I had and transformed it into a well-structured, engaging book that truly captured my message their refined my ideas, made the content flow naturally, and ensured it had the impact I wanted. Today my book is now available on multiple platforms, and people are actually buying it and leaving great reviews.

I have complained about this place…
I have complained about this place before. I paid my money and have gone through 4 editors. 2 told me there was a sickness in their family, 1 disappeared and the latest Jerry contacted me the day after Igave them a bad review. He apologized and told me my last editor quit. He gave me his phone # which now doesn't work. I Emailed him several times and my E mails were returned. I called a # of my first editor and spoke with him. He told me the Email address had changed. I wrote him several times and the E mails bounce back. HIs phone # does,t work. I am ready to publish but have no one to speak too.

I am giving one star because you can't…
I am giving one star because you can't do zero stars. Not only did they NOT provide proper service during the three months of working with them (not correcting typos, editing improperly, giving three book covers choices none of which were like I requested even after sending photos of what I wanted), but they ghosted me for three weeks. Missing our deadline. After no response by email, text, basecamp or calls, I reversed charges. Paid someone else to edit and help me self publish. They contacted me the day it went publishes on Amazon. Fought me on the reverse charges. We came to an agreement and resigned another contract that gave them $1000 instead of $2800 and calling it closed in agreement. That wasn't enough for the Credit Card company so now they have $3800 from me, for a crappy book cover, the only thing I used from them since I had already ordered a retractable banner with the cover. NONE of their phone numbers are working. They lied about some IT fire, which is bull since they all work remotely from all over the country.

This is another publishing scam site. be aware that after paying them, you will receive either nothing or a poorly performed result.If you search on the positive reviews, you will find that they are not legit, but made up customers created by the scam group

Writing cube didn't keep one promise
Writing cube didn't keep one promise, the access to the sales person was the first lie. The excellent editing was the second lie. The third was they tried to get me to give them $1500 for marketing and when I refused to pay, they slowed down on production. They told me in writing that they would forward my script to the library of congress for copywriter and use the money to pay for it and never did. I could go on about this company but it's to upsetting to relive the event. I trusted them, don't you make the same mistake. I'm sending this to President Biden, he's a resident of this town.

High Quality AudioBooks!
I found the Book Writing Cube through a google search and I'm so glad I did. I hired them for an audiobook. I'm pretty new to the authoring universe so I really did not know what to expect. The Team was very professional throughout the whole process and they walked me through every step. They really listened to my user requirements and brought a work of fiction to life in an audiobook. The final product is of a very high quality. I'm very pleased with it. Also, due to unplanned issues, the Book Writing Cube went way out of their way, with no extra pay, to fix some glitches introduced by another publishing firm. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their care and attention to quality.
